  1. Please check the access there, as your site requires email login With regards the temp files, we dont create temp files on your file server in relation to mysql. Your mysql would control things like that.
  2. The only way to do that would be to use the word filters to block posts on each of those individual characters, using loose matching. Of course a painstaking process, but that is the only way you would be able to do so at present
  3. No problem. Let us know and we can see whats happening
  4. I believe you missed part of my previous responses
  5. You would add profile completion steps, and set them required, as you have done there
  6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. OK, it seems when looking through this I have caused a little confusion. My apologies for that. The fixes for these didnt make it through to the 4.6.12 release, so you will see these on the next release
  8. No problem at all. Glad to hear the issue was resolved.
  9. It sounds very much like It's the person who is editing. Next time they are edited, please take note of the timezone that is showing at the bottom of the page on save, and let us know if that is changing. We will then need an example of this, so once you get one you cannot change, please dont delete that and let us take a look first
  10. You are misunderstanding some of what is being said there. I am asking the question as to whether you had that set up (you answered there, thank you) and letting you know you have to have profile completion set up as facebook wouldnt use the full registration form. As mentioned, you have answered the question there. Before we do anything else, please upgrade your site so that you are using the latest release and test this again. If you are then still having the same issue, I would need an example user who has bypassed this
  11. You would need to speak to the author of that plugin to ask the question. We have no control over 3rd party items unfortunately.
  12. Not arguing with a man who is literally nicknamed after a font format 🙂
  13. If you are using quick register, you would need to set up profile completion steps and set those to required. Facebook would be the same there as its not part of the main login method. Could I please confirm you have profile completion steps set up? If so, please change to quick register and ensure its in the state where its not working, and you believe it should be. Also let us know at least one mandatory field you believe it should be asking for.
  14. Randy pretty much has it covered there. From a software standpoint, we have no control over that unfortunately
  15. No problem at all. We do often find with items like these that the user has simply not selected what they think they have selected 🙂
  16. Thank you for letting us know the cause, and glad you got that resolved
  17. Recovery mode is something that disables everything. However your issue was caching there, which is not something it would have accounted for. In this instance, I cleared out the datastore folder manually, which is what brought back the ACP login page.
  18. As long as its sorted, thats the main thing 🙂
  19. Please provide me with the displayname of an account that is currently in that state. I can then take a look for you
  20. I dont have the login details to get in there, but you should be able to log into the admin CP and disable things now
  21. We wouldnt usually assist with test instances, but if you add ftp details for test instead of live, and also ensure login details are for your test, I will take a quick look to see if I can see whats going on
  22. Please update the access details on file, and we can take a look for you to see what is going on there
  23. I have created a ticket for you on this, so our sales team can discuss your needs and transferring of your data. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  24. As mentioned, this is working as it was intended. The description under that setting does actually state what its intention is for. While I understand you disagree with the way in which it works, it is the way it works.
