  1. Please could you first of all update to 4.7 and see if that corrects the problem for you. I suspect it will still need to be escalated there, however we need to ensure this is the case first of all
  2. The reason you are not seeing that is it's a new feature in the latest 4.7 release of the platform, so I would advise you upgrade to that version first of all
  3. This would then indicate the files had not unpacked properly. If you have re-uploaded, ensure you run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade if there is anything to run there You should always create your own topic really, as it can end up with your issues being lost. More for your own benefit than anything. Please let us know if it does not update
  4. If this was the case, you would still be able to update the database from /admin/upgrade there. That is not the same error there. Please update your details in the client area in relation to admin location details.

  7. This is not the case, no. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Once this is done, we can take a closer look for you
  8. This is actually only if you wish to enforce it for all users, which is something that would be a feature request. It should be being detected by the browser automatically. There is nothing in the software that allows for it to be forced, which is what the request was here. As you have been testing yourself on the automatic detection not working there, I can certainly get that reported as a bug, and have just done this
  9. A 503 error would indicate there has been an issue on your server during the upgrade. I see you currently still have the same issue with your server throwing that error. Please check your server error logs in the first instance, and let us know what the error message is

  13. Yes, there is the datalayer which you can use for this. You can find these settings in System->Settings->Data Layer
  14. Do you have anything else which is trying to access the API there? It looks like you may have, and you need to see what is actually causing those 401 errors. Indeed if an IP is banned it wouldnt be able to be used by another.
  15. You could use word filter in system->Settings->Posting, however you will struggle with it replacing code in that manner. it would be words only

  17. That is very likely. You would however need to post up a suggestion in our suggestions area if you wish to see something to directly set that. At present there isnt anything to directly set that option

  19. There is nothing specific within our softwarew that will change the language used on h-captcha. We simply provide the key and secret for this
  20. Its very rare that these reindexing tasks take extreme amounts of time to go through. When it does, it tends to be the environment in which it is being run on, as that is the only differentiator there.
  21. I think you may be confusing server capability with sql setup there. While your server may indeed be capable, the fact its using very little in terms of your resources, would actually indicate your configuration on MySQL is not optimally set up.
  22. We have the facility to add standard google analytics code, however, how to ensure set things are working is really something in their documentation. Of course, once you get to those, if you have problems with adding them, please let us know and we can advise accordingly.
  23. Hi Adam, We do not have anything which is specific to GA4. Have you taken a look in their documentation to see what is required for you to capture that data?
  24. There isnt at present. Is there something specific you need to know about them that we can assist with?
  25. As mentioned above, you would need modification to the software in order to do this. There is no built-in setting to change the size globally
