    The upgrade wasnt completed on the site. I have gone ahead and done that for you, so everything should be working again. What it looks like happened there is that your server connection failed as you were running the upgrade. So it unpacked the files, but you had never run the upgrader. However it should be good to go

    You need to take a look at your hosting there. If the site cannot be reached at all, thats not an issue in the software unfortunately. Its not getting as far as that

    This is a known issue at present, whereby the was an issue with some marketplace uploads, which the authors may need to reupload. They have been informed of this, so you should have an update as soon as they get to it

    I am unable to replicate this on your site. I will need step by step on this, including Which browser and version you are using exactly where you are copying from how exactly you are pasting I know that sounds like some are obvious, however as I cannot replicate, there has to be something we are doing differently here to what you are doing there.

    Archiving will work over time. Its not something that will happen instantly. When was it you switched this on?

    This is not something that is possible without customisation of the product. Items such as that posted by Adriano above that have been written by 3rd party authors may allow you to achieve these.

    The paypal subscription is suspended, then they have suspended their method of payment, not the product (the subscription to your site). Those are 2 different things

    There is no way in which to export a full forum in that manner. The only way in which to keep it locally would be to create a full copy of your site

    My colleague has just informed me the issue there is you are using a test key and those weren't supported on 3.x

    We are unable to assist with test installations, nor unsupported software releases unfortunately. Its very likely your issue is with connecting to the licencing server from an old product, but that simply a guess at this point

    The problem I foresee with this is that its for the customer to let people know how they are hosted, rather than ourselves. The person, for whatever reason, may not want that information known.

    Affected customers will see a notification. It may well be its simply not shown for you yet

    Please note, just because other sites are also hosting that file illegally, does not make it free

    I have edited the post. @Salim Trouve, Im sure you simply looked for a font there and found this on the web, however if you look at the bottom of that page it states the files are not owned by them and they dont know where to purchase them. That is however a paid file, and is therefore, as pointed out above, an illegal download. You would need to check this before using fonts from other sources.

    There is no way in which to do this at present without modification to the software. Please feel free to post this up within our suggestions area, if you would like to see this appear in a future release.

    Are you sure that its only the paypal subscription and not the subscription itself?

    Are you running google tag manager?

    On taking a look at the exacmple there, that transaction ID does not exist in the database. The customer in question does indeed still have an active paypal subscription. If that was indeed an IPN transaction it will have been from a very old platform or different system.
