  1. You would either create the account first then change the details if you wish by editing the profile data section, or just leave it and it will prompt the user on first sign in that they need to complete that item
  2. I would need an example page its shown this on. Please bear in mind however, these are not always correct, and at times there will be valid reasons we have left items out
  3. Generally the user will already know they have an expired subscription, however we do have internal notes to improve in this area. In the meantime, notes may be a good thing to add
  4. Please note that, as mentioned, responses are reduced over a weekend period. In addition, restoring of backups can take some time to process. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  5. There is no background task that shows for the archiver, as its always run, every cycle.
  6. You cant do that as those 2 things are the direct opposite of one another. I would need an example of these in order to take a closer look.
  7. You need to find out where the permission denied error is happening. It sound like it may be file or folder permission rather than database, from what you have said above. Please check with your hosting company on this. You 'may' see something in uploads/logs, however that will of course depend on whether or not it can write to that folder also
  8. Yes, please disable all 3rd party items and test this first of all
  9. Please let us know if you have not resolved from the above
  10. That is correct 🙂
  11. Please try the file I have just sent you, which is in the next release. That should resolve your issue
  12. Its not sorting that is the issue here, its leading to the wrong place. If it's a questions forum, there is actually an open bug report for it. Paging appears to be the issue
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. The tables which are prefixed with pre_ you can get rid of and it shouldnt cause any issues, as those arent the tables your site is using.
  15. That being the case, the tables that have pre_ on them are not actually being used and can be removed. Please of course ensure you take a full backup of your database first of all, before you do this
  16. You need to check your conf_global.php file, which will teel you what prefix you are using
  17. Before I continue with the answer here, could yyou please confirm that "pre_" is your prefix for tables?
  18. It may not. It depends on what amount of cache is then rebuilt. Also, if that task is not running, it may not be clearing at all. While Its set to run every 10 minutes, it is currently running with traffic. So if you have not enough traffic it may not clear at all. I do have to point out here though that the sizes you were mentioning are not large in any way.
  19. Cron is a task you set up on the server side of things. Please see the following guide on this. If you are unsure how to set up cron jobs, its something you would need to ask your hosting company to do on your behalf
  20. There has been no difference in the way we are caching since the last update, no
  21. Unfortunately I'm not sure what I can really suggest there. You need a database allowance that is large enough to accommodate the site you are running.
