  1. We are not aware of any issues relating to this at present. I dont seem to be seeing it on my own environment either, in relation to PHP 8. This is why I had requested access there.
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. You would likely need considerable custom coding for this. It wouldnt be a simple template change. In order to develop for the platform you would need coding knowledge.   4. You would only get notification if you are following the topic. You can ensure you are automatically following your own topics though. You would do this from your notification options. Click your name in the top right, click account settings, then click notification settings on the right to set these to your own personal preference. You can set a default for this. The user could then change it if they prefer to do to. Please see the following guide which shows more information on this for you
  5. I believe the question there is more whether you can search for the club itself? If so, there is no facility for this at the present time.,
  6. My suspicion here is that template files are occasionally not writing to disk, and you have disk template caching enabled. I would advise on switching this off if it is causing you issues. You can do this from System->Settiings->.Advanced Configuration, within your Admin CP
  7. There is no way in which to do this at the present time. You would indeed require custom development if you wanted to do something like this.
  8. Then indeed, you would use "clear cache" which can be found by logging into your admin CP, then clicking support in the top right. Note there are some guest caches server side, which may well take a few minutes to clear
  9. Where is it you are seeing these? Are you seeing them in our system logs or your php error logs?
  10. I would ask what it is you are looking to achieve here. Cache is cleared as and when cache needs to be cleared by the system.
  11. You would simply visit /admin/upgrade to complete the upgrader, once you have uploaded the files. The issues is that they arent being unpacked properly on the server
  12. You would have to contact the author of that item for assistance on how to use it. We can only advise on the methods available in our own API, and not really advise on external tools you are using to access
  13. Just to add, this does depend on the external link. Some will indeed embed. Items that have oembed will embed automatically, such as youtube links, twitter links etc. So it does depend on what exactly you are pasting.
  14. I have added a bug report related to our requirements checker on this one, so that we can get it addressed. I realise that doesn't help much in your case, as you now know. However it should solve confusion for others going forward. Thank you for pointing that out.

  19. This is identical to the below There seems to be some confusion here, as the site in question was showing under that other user, and now is showing under yourself. We can certainly take a look at this, but need access details, and need clarification on this

  21. Sorry, I believe I may have been referring to the wrong thing there. Pressing on a notification within the device will indeed take you to the location that notification is for. This is by design
  22. Please update your browser to the latest release and check this again. We have seen this in some areas which was caused by a bug in chromium
  23. Changing items in the database is not something you should be doing in any case. There will be items such as the above that are placemarkers for items that would be replaced with URL locations in code.
