  1. The software does not fully function on 8.1 at present. If you are having no issues, no problem, however be aware some people will have issues in some areas. If you are having issues with PHP 8 and a 500 error, I would advise on you checking the requirement checker to ensure that you have all the minimum requirements on that PHP instance. Its very likely this is the issue
  2. It would not cancel the active subscriptions, no. It just means the payments would not go through
  3. If you change your paypal or stripe they will fail, as the subscriptions are not tied to those accounts.
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can look further into the issue
  5. There is no way in which to downgrade the software. The only way in which to do that would be to restore your site to the backup taken before you did the upgrade
  6. Where are you seeing this? What action is being performed at the time?
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. No problem at all. Glad you found what you needed there 🙂
  10. Do you have a link to the page you see that please. These should indeed be in order
  11. In this instance, you have a folder within uploads that isn't writable. You need to make sure the uploads folder and all subfolders are fully read/write
  12. Its an external service, in which we provide the integration for. Whether or not you can use that will largely depend on what you are trying to achieve. We would need more information on what it is you are trying to do.
  13. If you can provide me with the name of the person sending the message, and the intended recipient, I can take a look for you
  14. Could you please also confirm if this is happening with a small file, rather than one of that size?
  15. This error is caused by server side issues. Usually upload_max_filesize PHP setting, Memory limit and the likes. If you look at your server error log, it will likely tell you exactly what was hit
  16. Im actually just trying to confirm where there is a bug here. How is it you got to the following screen?
  17. I think you are misunderstanding here. You get to that error you mention by clicking "Upgrade now".
  18. It wont be, because not all the files are there. By clicking "Upgrade now" you started the upgrade.
  19. No. If you got the message you needed to upload files manually, you had already started the upgrade
  20. Stripe and paypal are the most popular. Either way however, you would need to set those up. You may find the commerce guides helpful in our guides here Guides
  21. If you are getting that, you would indeed need o upload manually. Its because its not been able to unpack on your server for some reason
  22. You would need to set up an external payment processor if you wish to take payments. The only other option is manual, in which you can tell people how you want them to pay you, and then mark them paid manually when you receive funds
