  10. Hi Thomas. My colleague and I have been looking at the bug report this morning. The issue here is that getnewcomment is not actually used on Q&A type forums. So its actually working as intended. The reason is, they may well be more than one in different places in the topic, as they aren't chronological in order. My colleague has put forward a suggestion for these for the future, so we can improve this, but at present this is working as intended.
  11. To explain further here, you woul dnot be using things like you have above. You would always be using {title} and {value} . These are replaced with the actual title (in your case 'Discord Username') and the value they have entered.

Patches are seen in the support section of your admin CP, and are separate to main upgrades
  18. You would need to do this via a theme, rather than the pages system. You would go to Customization->Themes, and click the icon to edit code there.
  19. This is because your PHP version is set to PHP 5.6. The minimum requirement for the software is 7.4
  20. There would be no way in which to change what media types are allowed in that area. This area is for web viewable media, in which docx would not be one of those.

  23. Have you had archiving running at any point before? How long has this been running for at present? Please could you confirm what you mean here? All sites have this feature
