  1. I notice you are still pointing to the old domain at present. Did you decide against the change there @AquilaTempestas ?
  2. Taking a look a the ticket, the issue in this case was a non standard htaccess file which was causing issues.
  3. There are a few things that google apis may be used for. Things like maps, ip lookup and many other things. Google is also contacted for other things such as fonts. You can't switch all of these off. You would need to correct the issue with your hosting company
  4. That doesnt seem to be coming from our software. You would need to contact your hosting company to confirm the setup of your domain there
  5. You would need to contact your hosting company to check that URL is not blocked by your server in any way. As mentioned in the message there, this is a connection timeout, so is between your server and google. The issue is not with the software itself on this occasion
  6. Glad to hear you have what you need there 🙂
  7. Before we continue, if these are running via cron, could I confirm you have not switched PHP version lately?
  8. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a look
  9. There would be no way in which to do that without modification to the platform. If you wish to use paypal, you should use the built in integration options for this.
  10. There is still an open report for this issue
  11. I have created a ticket for you, for our sales team. We are unable to assist you with performing database moves unfortunately
  12. You will generally see it as "In future release" on the tag if its been resolved. There is still an open bug report on this one
  13. Speed and Reliability will be the main things looking at this https://dev.mysql.com/blog-archive/whats-new-in-mysql-8-0-generally-available/#:~:text=MySQL 8.0 implements data-at,include UNDO and REDO logs.
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the topic you linked above, it's become very difficult (if not impossible) to get facebook promotion set up these days. The problem we have is simply that facebooks API changes so much, and getting approval is harder and harder with each of their releases
  16. There isn't really a facility for switching one part off at the moment, but it should probably be suppressed on the front end when there are none to show. I have added a bug report for that
  17. Please check what Chris mentions above first of all, and let us know if you have the same problem. If so, we would likely need to take a look to determine what issue you are having
  18. Glad to hear that resolved the issue for you 🙂
  19. You would upgrade in order to get your 3.4 posts. You would not transfer them as such. While we no longer support 3.4 upgrades, you can find instructions on how to do so here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/install-and-upgrade-r259/ If this is not something you wish to take on yourself, there are a few 3rd party providers who offer this as a paid service. You can see a list of people who offer this here https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  20. I will move this ticket to our developer forum, which is better placed for these kinds of questions, which would not be covered as part of standard support. I'm sure someone will be able to assist you in this
  21. I have created a ticket on your behalf, and we can get that sorted out for you. I will be in contact shortly
  22. The only way in which to remove data from your database, would be to remove data. In other words, indeed delete. The reality is, your database requirements are over that which you are trying to get down to. 3gb is quite a small size to be trying to reduce your database size to. Looking at your license, your site is not a new site, so there is quite a substantial amount of data, and to be honest, 6.5gb isnt very large
  23. Please could you confirm if you are upgrading to 4.7 beta or 4.6.12.1 ?
