  1. We are unable to advise on customisations unfortunately. Before anything else, please test this on a defualt unaltered theme. As was found in the size issue, you are not currently running all default. I have tagged @Ehren here to see if he has any further suggestions for you
  2. It would not be as simple as that unfortunately. We would need to investigate what is happening, Which is what access Would be required for
  3. We would require ftp or sftp in order to get this issue escalated for you
  4. As mentioned, we use withdrawal on paypal within our own marketplace. I have flagged this for our developers to comment though
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need there
  7. There were 2 issues caused by an iOS update. One of these we were able to work around (it was not actually a bug our side), however one is not possible to work around as the exif data is not present. If you are having issues with some android ones, please try to replicate that here. Also please provide the zipped android image
  8. We do indeed accept most debit cards. If you are having issues you would need to contact our accounts and billing department using the contact form here. We cannot discuss billing here in support as this would be confidential information https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us/
  9. You need to download one from the System>Search Engine Optimisation section of your admin CP. According to where your URL is on file, that htaccess would not be correct.
  10. You need to check the htaccess you have in place, and ensure thet rewrites are switched on
  11. This is the thing here. Often you will find it is the users, and so its showing correctly the activity on your site
  12. It looks like it simply timed out at some point there. Its unlikely the browser clearing was actually what caused the problem. If you have that again, try visiting /admin/upgrade again, and it should allow you to continue.
  13. There isnt much I can really add to what has been said by Randy there, other than to say when loading a page, if there is more media, it will take longer to load that page with that media on it. In most cases, on a decent set up, that would not be an unusual amount. If you are asking these kinds of questions, are you sure you want to host yourself? Have you considered our cloud offering?
  14. You can change the logo on your site from your theme in Customization>Themes, by clicking the edit icon. There is no 'cover photo' as such if you mean a background for the header section on the whole site. Thats something you would need to theme in if you wished to add one
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  16. I'm a little confused here. Paypal seem to indicate there that they are simply having issues with the payout system, and they will notify you once its reactivated
  17. We will indeed need that in order to get this escalated
  18. Logs would generally be stored in the database rather than on the file system. Check the core_logs table
  19. Not only is there no issue with doing this, we would actually recommend using INNODB. So after taking backups of course, you would indeed update them.
  20. This is something we are aware of. We have an open bug report for this
  21. I can indeed. Taking a look there, the first thing you should do is update your site to the latest release. However the issue in your case is your email provider. You are getting the following returned {"message":[{"message":"The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked","field":null,"help":null}]} You can see this in your email error logs
  22. I see this was now sorted out by my colleague for you.
  23. I have seen your response there, and will sort out about getting this back online, rather than a backup restore, which is not what I believe you need there. I have passed it to one of our developers and flagged this up for you to get you sorted out
