  1. Excellent to hear 🙂 Thank you for letting us know
  2. 4.7 is in beta testing at present, so it will depend on the outcome of that testing phase
  3. No, not at all. While significant, it's not generally irreversible, and will be resolved once the cron resumes.
  4. Please could anyone experiencing this let us know the browser, version, and any plugins being used on that browser? At present there is no suggested fix, as we cannot reproduce the issue
  5. If that is already selected and you have no cron job set up on your server, then this is why your tasks arent running. You would need to either switch it to run with traffic, or set up the cron job on your server. The latter would be the better of the 2
  6. These are not updated instantly, but rather via a task. As mentioned in your other topic, you are best to get that cron job set up for running tasks
  7. This being the case, please check your server error logs to see what the actual error message is. It may be you have something running 3rd party that is not compatible with PHP 8
  8. That is the correct location. You would switch to "Use Cron" and set up cron on your server as shown in the message below it. If you are not sure how to set up a cron job on your server, you will need to contact your hosting company on this
  9. As already mentioned above, if the site is now working, the requirement checker will indeed be working. What we find with many people is they switch PHP versions expecting extensions and settings to be the same. However that wont be the case. Its likely you are missing an extension on that PHP version.
  10. It looks like notifications arent going out too quickly for you there. I would suggest setting up a cron for those, rather than running with traffic. For the issue of posting, please first of all disable all 3rd party applications and test this again.
  11. It sounds like its in the process of posting. Check your email error logs to check you havent got issues with your email. Thats the most common cause of slow posting, as it sends out notifications
  12. If you go to your client area and select your license, you will see a button for obtaining support Edit: Actually just seen your ticket. The record has been added for you
  13. I'll move this to community support, as we wouldnt assist with customisation. But thats a nice find there. Thank you for sharing.
  14. You do not control your DNS as your Domain nameservers are pointed to us. If you would like a text entry added, you would need to create a ticket in your client area to request any additions you need are made
  15. It appears you are using cloudflare there. Please disable this in the first instance, as its very likely what is causing your issues
  16. Please update your security questions on file, or disable 2 factor authentication.
  17. Glad to see that sorted the issue for you 🙂
  18. We are unable to assist with custom coding unfortunately. I will move this to our commmunity support area, as there will be people who may be able to assist you with this.
  19. You are so popular today! I cant replicate it there either. I will of course get others to take a look to see if they can replicate it
  20. Go to support in the top right, click on clear cache, then refresh the ........... Oh, you found it 😄
  21. Thats now been moved for you on your license. Make sure you also update your conf_global.php file
  22. The fix for this should be in the next beta
