  1. This just needed cache to be cleared, which you can do from the support area in your admin CP should you need that option again. I have done this on your behalf and things look to be working correctly again
  2. We are unable to upload files on your behalf. If you are unsure how to do this you would need to contact your hosting company on how to do this. I'm a little confused by your comment there, as you don't host with ourselves.
  3. You can force albums, but there is no way specifically to force an order by member and have just a 1 member album each. You would need modification in order to achieve this. Please could you provide more information on what you mean here? There is no way in which to do this at the present time. Unfortunately there is no way in which to do that within the platform. If you do wish to see any of these appear in future releases, please feel free to post them up within our suggestion forum.
  4. You need to test this while on the version of PHP that is breaking. You are on 7.4 there
  5. It sounds like you havent actually uploaded the latest files, or the backup you restored is already on the latest release. Upload a fresh set of files from your client area first of all, and then try the upgrader again
  6. No, it was indeed the php config, but if you have already changed, all good. It was just something I noticed in your screenshot 🙂
  7. You'd be surprised at some of the browsers we do see Check that "Enhanced tracking detection" isnt enabled, as Ive seen that break sites on firefox. Click the shield on the left of the address
  8. Either would work of course, but I was referring to employing a developer to develop the items on top of commerce that you require
  9. If you take a look at the following page, there are users who offer their services on here https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  10. You would see these on all installations. You need to edit your conf_global.php file and change the URL to use https instead of http.
  11. Not at all 🙂 Glad you sorted what you needed there
  12. There would be no way in which to do this without customisation at present
  13. We would need an example of this. As my colleague mentioned, we cannot reproduce this. We would need an example user and item
  14. Looking at 3rd party options to add this functionality would indeed be your only option at present
  15. Switch back to PHP 7.4, disable all 3rd party items and then switch back. Its very likely one of your 3rd party items is not yet compatible with PHP 8
  16. We are aware of this confusion, dont worry 🙂
  17. This is an issue which has since been been patched. Please apply the optional patch showing in the support area of your admin CP, which will resolve this
  18. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  19. Just to note with this part. It looks like your sessions URLs are set to use that path, regardless of PHP version, so it would be worth you checking that
  20. I have moved this topic to our developer forums, where it is better placed to be assisted with. We would not be able to assist with development under standard support
  21. Glad to see you managed to get that issue resolved 🙂
  22. I would suggest switching to hcaptcha in the latest release first of all. This is one of the main things on cleantalk, but was added to core on 4.7
  23. I blame it being Friday, personally 😄 This appears to have already been deleted. Please let us know if you have any further issues of course
  24. Also please check the version of firefox and ensure they are using the latest release
