  1. These hold data relating to logins and data mapping what items a user has posted in. We cannot really recommend mixing and matching data from different points in time
  2. Please go to System->Support, and select clear cache. Once you have done that, check again and it should have corrected your issue. If it doesnt, please check this on a default unaltered theme, with no 3rd party items enabled in the first instance.
  3. There is no built in way to achieve this, so have moved this to community support for further discussion
  4. Self-hosted licenses are not transferrable as per EULA unfortunately.
  5. Sorry to hear this has been an issue for you. The reason this happens is because the files are already present at that point, as its those new files that its checking against. We do show in the release notes that the minimum PHP version has changed, and this is something you should always check before a major upgrade generally. What the requirement checker there is for is to tell you what you need to fix in order to move the upgrader forward, however it is very much in the upgrade process. The only way back at that point is to revert to backup, or fix the issue in question. This is not the case. Im not sure where you got the impression you are not being supported there. The answer to your question would be to update your requirements or revert to the backup taken before you started the upgrade
  6. Something on your server is providing proxy IPs for your users, which is what will be causing you issues there. You need to contact your hosting company to resolve this problem. In System->Settings->Advanced configuration, you can switch on "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" which may work around this.
  7. I was able to register with facebook, then log out, then log in again using facebook. Have you since resolved this issue?
  8. I see my colleague has now corrected the issue for you and completed your upgrade. Should you require any further assistance, please let us know
  9. I see that you have restored to backup there and my colleague has resolved what seems to have been the issue on your database. Please let us know if you have any further issues of course
  10. They should not have to log out, no. Please could you let me know which alert on your system, and I can then take a look, and escalate if needed
  11. You need to check your admin group and check the limitations you have set on editing content. This can be found on each group in the content tab, under the editing section
  12. The answer to this would be not to upgrade until the authors update those applications to be compatible with the version you are upgrading to. What you have done here is upgraded on the same day as release, so the authors of your 3rd party items have had no time to check compatibility and release updates. I see you managed to get that sorted and no longer need a restore. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with
  13. Glad to hear you found what you need, but do let us know if there is anything else you are unsure about.
  14. It is actually likely what Terabyte mentioned above could have been causing your issues too. Glad to see you got the upgrade through, but you should really sort that problem out also
  15. Of course. And the correct thing to do 🙂
  16. That sounds more an issue with your mysql instance than anything else there
  17. Statistics are showing with no problem on my end. Please clear your browser cache and then test this again. It looks to be the same issue with your google maps
  18. No problem. I have created a ticket for you on this so that we can take a look
  19. I suspect its not actually set in your conf_global.php file there. Could you please confirm you have this line 'sql_utf8mb4' => true
  20. This would indicate your database is not currently using UTF8MB4 on your site. I would advise reverting to backup at this point, and then actioning items showing within the support area of your admin CP
  21. Do you have an example of this so we can take a look for you?
  22. A ticket has been created for this, and someone will be in touch once we have been able to review whats happening
  23. Indeed this was fixed in the latest 🙂
  24. No, you should still be able to see both of those. Are you checking this on a default unaltered theme with no 3rd party? I am seeing them no issues on this end
