    Unfortunately there are no details on file for me to assist. The only error there is that the upgrade isnt complete, and you are using the wrong password. Could I just check with you that you are using the correct admin username and password? It should be the one you use to get into your admin CP at that point, and not client area. Please could you add your access details on file?

    No problem. Just to let you know, it is very likely it's the fault of the ads themselves, as they will place themselves where they like, often breaking layouts

    The issue on your site is being caused by the 3rd party item "(NB40) Pinned Posts 1.0.16" , which I have disabled for you

    That is correct. Support changed quite some time ago to being done via the community. So you would post here as you just have done for support. We can of course create tickets on your behalf for escalation, access your details if needed etc.

    While you could certainly add that to our suggestions forum, doing it in that manner I would suggest not doing. You are actually making an anonymous feature, far from anonymous. In fact its actually revealing data (albeit only part) that should probably be kept private

    This is something that intentionally runs in the background. It can take time on larger sites. I See it started yesterday, and can take some time to complete. Unrelated in this case, Martin 🙂

    Are you referring to blocks here? If so, the site you have seen them on likely has the sidebar showing on the left, which would make them the uppermost item

    Are you using automatic ads at all? Also are you testing this on a default theme?

    Urgent issues like this would tend to be looked at straight away. I cannot give an estimate on how long it will take to resolve until we have looked at what is causing the issue.
