  9. It may well be a bug here. As mentioned, it should really be seeing the changed if you are making them, however if not it will correct them during the upgrade process
  10. It should indeed be showing if the version number has changed in the theme itself. My colleagues will be able to confirm that once they have taken a look
  11. Unfortunately, I am not aware of this as I cannot see the database. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then run the upgrade from /admin/upgrade if you are sure you have those database updates in place.
  12. What Nathan is trying to point out there, is the issue is with that product. If you already have the latest release, you need to contact the author as that is what is causing you issues, unfortunately.

  16. Indeed there would be no way to change the ability to add pages from groups at present, however other content related items can be added/removed in the manner described above
  17. There isnt really any 'best practice' for this, as its unique to the individual site. Your suggestion on how to set it sounds fine, however only if there is a situation where 'supporter' doesnt have any member permissions. If it's the case that every supporter gets the permissions of the member group, then you might as well set permissions on the supporter group
  18. You actually have it set up like that. So they could pay for another renewal again, and even do it again after that if they wanted. It would just continue to extend it
  19. Please disable cloudflare in the first instance. While I understand you have no logs there, we do need to rule this out
  20. It seems that restore is not going through correctly unfortunately. I would check both of these. If you are using tools such as PMA, I would advise instead using the mysql commandline interface to export and import those
  21. Before you go ahead there, could you explain what you mean by SMS confirmation by phone? Are you referring to 2 factor authentication? I ask as that is already a built in function
