  1. This looks to now be resolved. Please let us know if you have any further issues
  2. They do look to be working on your site now those issues are resolved, however please let us know if you have any further problems
  3. These things should be working properly again now. If you are still seeing issues, please let us know
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  5. Things should be fine now, so if you are still seeing any issues, please let us know
  6. Sorry, its your server error logs you need to check. Its not getting as far as the software there
  7. Yes, they would attach a sound file in the same manner as any other file. Using the "Choose files" option at the bottom of the editor, or simply dragging the file to that area
  8. The problem is when it converts the color to a light grey scale, the image you are using is converted to near all white
  9. Was it the login methods being set differently?
  10. Please let us know once you have done that test and if its still present, please provide access so we can take a look
  11. If they try logging in with email instead of username, does it then allow login?
  12. My suspicion here is that its running a hige number of requests on your site, and being blocked as a result. If they can provide the full page that is being seen when the 403 is produced, I can likely confirm that will be the case
  13. No problem. Please let us know if you have problems once you have reverted those
  14. In the first instance, please check your server error logs and let us know what the actual error message being logged is.
  15. The message there, as mentioned, indicates your tasks are not running efficiently. I would suggest setting these up to run via cron, as mentioned. If you are unsure how to create a cron job, you would need to contact your hosting company on this. You can see how to switch to cron here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/task-methods-r343/
  16. It looks like something has not rebuilt properly there. Please let us know if you see this when you do the live conversion, and we can of course then correct anything like that
  17. Thank you for letting us know. Glad to see you managed to get the problem resolved regardless 🙂
  18. We would need more information as mentioned above, however you also need to ensure your access details on file are up to date if you require any assistance.
  19. Sorry, its not clear what the question is here. You have asked for assistance, but not stated what you are trying to do.
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. It looks like you are actually missing part of the URL. Do you have modified email templates at all?
  22. Please could you give me an example of this I can take a look at?
  23. There is no way to do that at present unfortunately.
