  1. As mentioned in the message there, you need to contact the author of those items to correct the issue with the applications in question. This has been done in order to prevent your site from crashing entirely and being inoperable.
  2. Please could you set it up as you expect it to work, and ensure you have provided acces on file? We can then take a look to see whats going on there for you
  3. Im not sure where you came to this conclusion. We have not yet tested as you have stated you wish for no 3rd party items to be disabled on your site. As mentioned in other topics, while we can give advice, we are unable to directly intervene without being able to do this. Our advice is that you do this and test, and if you have the same issue, you would need to allow us to do so while we look into the problem, if you wish for us to assist further
  4. If you could that would be helpful in determining what is happening, so we can get you a resolution
  5. Yes. Please do not mark them. Theyt would not be immediately marked as paid, as paypal do not sent them immediately. I feel this may actually be what you are missing
  6. Is this the latest release, and have you disabled all 3rd party (including theme) while testing? Unfortunately as with the other, its difficult to check in a situation where we cannot test scenarios
  7. I would need an example to take a look at there
  8. This has now been resolved in the latest release (4.7.2). Please update to this version to resolve the problem. If you are still experiencing the issue after upgrade, please let us know. This has been improved in 4.7.2 , however we are looking for further solutions to the issue, as it appears to be a PHP bug causing this

  22. If you have added the application as shown above, and you have notifications switched on within your account settings, yes
  23. Thank you for coming back with that information. Im sure that others may find that helpful to them in the future 🙂
  24. The error you show there is not related to the service worker. That is that the site cannot be reached entirely. Unfortunately that error is not even coming from the software. Its not getting that far. You would need to contact your hosting company regarding this
  25. Could you please provide me with an example transaction that is present that has not been marked paid?
