  1. You would need to do this via a theme, rather than the pages system. You would go to Customization->Themes, and click the icon to edit code there.
  2. This is because your PHP version is set to PHP 5.6. The minimum requirement for the software is 7.4
  3. There would be no way in which to change what media types are allowed in that area. This area is for web viewable media, in which docx would not be one of those.
  4. Take a look in System->Site Features->Integrations, which has the locations you are looking for.
  5. Could I ask how you have your admin directory set up? Have you by any chance changed the init.php file to do this? If so, this may well be what is causing your issue. Please could you clarify that first of all? If you have any issues going forward on these, please do let us know before you continue so that we can take a look. We have simply moved where we do support. We are still here (Hi! 🙂 ) dont worry. This forum is now fully staffed, and if anything does need to be escalated we can get it to a ticket from here and get it to our devs. We can access your details are normal too. Its simply a change in how we issue support, not a removal of support
  6. Have you had archiving running at any point before? How long has this been running for at present? Please could you confirm what you mean here? All sites have this feature
  7. Glad to see this is now resolved for you. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
  8. There is an open issue on the other topic there 🙂
  9. Please go to support in your admin CP and ensure you have applied all patches showing there. If you have and still have the issue, please update all access details on file.
  10. This is added so that the software does not embed a link when you have embedding switched off in the admin CP. I have tagged developers so they can add more on this
  11. Excellent. Glad to hear you are being sorted there
  12. You would need to disable any wordpress login you have. It's the lost password form for community that you would need
  13. Before we look further into this, could you confirm if you have checked this already on your previous PHP version?
  14. Thanks for letting us know. We're taking a look now
  15. Thank you 🙂 Please let us know either way
  16. Ah, is this what was causing you the problem there?
  17. Please could you screenshot the exact config of the item that is not showing?
  18. I have created a ticket on this for you. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  19. Im not sure where the above leads you to believe this was confirmed as a bug here, as that was not the case. Do you have any 3rd party storage systems as mentioned in the other topic? There is nothing within the software that would actively change anything at all in storage settings
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing (admin CP location specifically). Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Yes, that would be your only option at present.
  22. We will need that updated within the client area, as this will need escalation
  23. No problem at all. Thats what we are here for
