  6. I have spoken to my colleague on this, and this is something we will need to resolve. It seems its an issue with PHP 8. Please try this on 7.4 if you wish to do this in the meantime
  7. You cannot delete a locked language, as it will be locked due to being your default language pack. If you edit another pack and set that as default instead, then the one you wish to delete would no longer be locked.

  9. I would suggest creating a new language pack and switching to that pack. This will ensure you dont have anything at all customised

  16. Its very likely its your tmp folder that is not writable. So I would suggest checking that. If you take a look in uploads/logs you may see the error in there
  17. You would only be able to do this with either a 3rd party application or with the pages application. Unfortunately as you do not own the pages application at present, there is no way for you to do this in the core platform without development.
  18. Its simply something required for how the theme is built up. Is there a specific reason you ask? Are you having issues somewhere?
  19. As mentioned there, you should go to Support in the top right of your admin CP. It will then tell you there items that are not currently using the recommended versions.

  21. You wont get a prompt to see if you want push. Those are something set up in your account notifications. You will however need to ensure you have add the app, which will show differently depending on the device. For example on android if you click the menu icon on your device when visiting the page, you will see "Install Application". On Chrome it shows in the address bar that you can install the application (and it prompts)
  22. Great to hear you are interested in our new features. There isnt really much I can add to what is shown already there, as this is still "coming soon". However if you keep your eye on our blogs, we will announce this in more details there once we are at that point 🙂
  23. Im not sure if you are asking about the server requirements, or asking about the space there. If you are asking about the server requirements, you should go to Support in the top right of your admin CP and you will see the recommendations that you dont currently have shown on that page. With regard space, you really shouldnt be manually removing anything from the database. If you are hitting limits on your server environment, you really should look into updating that to something with more space.
  24. Reading through the messages there, they seem to be saying they are not getting notifications for responses on posts. They wont get notifications for followed forums on responses. They will only get notifications of new topics
  25. I have just responded to your ticket on this. It will have been requested to have renewals removed at some point, and therefore would have no terms present. I have created a renewal for you so that you can go ahead Note, you may get more than one email with an invoice. Dont worry, there is only one renewal. I reset the URL for you also, as noticed you are using that URL on another license now
