  1. These are running through, so would just leave it to process now. It looks like its had a time out from your server
  2. Its not the patch in your case. It looks like the background task is simply timing out. Running them through now to see if there are any other issues. Please bear with me
  3. You would need customisation in order to change the way in which they appear on the 'our picks' section by default, or pick an image which suits the 'our picks' location
  4. You would only be able to translate items that are on the version you are using. You would not be able to translate the new phrases on the old system
  5. In the first instance, please go to support in the top right and make sure its not showing "Optional update" on there. If it is, you need to run that patch to resolve the problem
  6. This just needed cache to be cleared, which you can do from the support area in your admin CP should you need that option again. I have done this on your behalf and things look to be working correctly again
  7. We are unable to upload files on your behalf. If you are unsure how to do this you would need to contact your hosting company on how to do this. I'm a little confused by your comment there, as you don't host with ourselves.
  8. You can force albums, but there is no way specifically to force an order by member and have just a 1 member album each. You would need modification in order to achieve this. Please could you provide more information on what you mean here? There is no way in which to do this at the present time. Unfortunately there is no way in which to do that within the platform. If you do wish to see any of these appear in future releases, please feel free to post them up within our suggestion forum.
  9. You need to test this while on the version of PHP that is breaking. You are on 7.4 there
  10. It sounds like you havent actually uploaded the latest files, or the backup you restored is already on the latest release. Upload a fresh set of files from your client area first of all, and then try the upgrader again
  11. No, it was indeed the php config, but if you have already changed, all good. It was just something I noticed in your screenshot 🙂
  12. You'd be surprised at some of the browsers we do see Check that "Enhanced tracking detection" isnt enabled, as Ive seen that break sites on firefox. Click the shield on the left of the address
  13. Either would work of course, but I was referring to employing a developer to develop the items on top of commerce that you require
  14. If you take a look at the following page, there are users who offer their services on here https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  15. You would see these on all installations. You need to edit your conf_global.php file and change the URL to use https instead of http.
  16. Not at all 🙂 Glad you sorted what you needed there
  17. There would be no way in which to do this without customisation at present
  18. We would need an example of this. As my colleague mentioned, we cannot reproduce this. We would need an example user and item
  19. Looking at 3rd party options to add this functionality would indeed be your only option at present
  20. Switch back to PHP 7.4, disable all 3rd party items and then switch back. Its very likely one of your 3rd party items is not yet compatible with PHP 8
  21. We are aware of this confusion, dont worry 🙂
