  1. You would be merging, so overwriting any files which already exist in the downloaded package.
  2. Please feel free to post this up within our suggestions forum, where it can then be considered 🙂
  3. Sorry, its still not clear here if you are saying it resolved the issue. From what you are saying there, it seems they stopped when 3rd party items are disabled?
  4. Could I ask in what way its not working? I ask, as if its issues with links, it may well be the feed itself. It seems to contain relative URLs, which RSS feeds shouldnt
  5. There isnt such a notification available at the present time, unfortunately
  6. Please upload a fresh set of files from the client area (new version was released this morning that fixes this)
  7. 8.1 yes, but not 8.0. Its likely you were missing requirements. I would suggest upgrading first, and then checking everything, then upgrading to PHP 8
  8. The only way to do so would be to switch to it then run the requirement checker. You can of course ensure your server is running the minimum requirements for PHP 8 before switching it, and check with the authors of any 3rd party items before doing so
  9. Please could you clarify? You have disabled them already, or that resolved the issue? The issue you are seeing, I have seen when there are issues with database connectivity, or PHP session handlers
  10. To be honest, its actually been quite a stable release considering the changes that have been made on the platform. Of course waiting till x.x.1 is fine, and many people do.
  11. It seems you hadnt responded here, but the error itself looks to be wrong theme on the wrong version. Have you since resolved this as we are not seeing any problems any longer?
  12. You would download it from our servers, then upload it to yours
  13. No problem. Glad to hear you had the issue resolved. While they are disabled, that doesnt remove the files themselves. In this case, it was a file causing an issue. Im not sure on the conclusion you have come to with the release. It was only released 2 hours ago
  14. If you have modified the default theme, then that would be custom. Please try one more thing. Go to System->Site Features->Applications and disable an application, then enable that application again. It doesnt matter which
  15. This has been resolved in the latest release. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then visit /admin/upgrade again
  16. Unfortunately your FTP is not working correctly. It cannot be listed. Please respond on your ticket/email, rather than here.
  17. I have created a ticket on this for you. However your access details are incorrect. Please update those, then respond to the ticket once you have done this
  18. I have added a flag for developers to take a look at this and advise
  19. This sounds related to your other reports, so have added notes to this effect. That way both can be tested at the same time. Thank you for reporting
  20. You can create a trial, which will allow you to test all features https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/free-trial/
  21. You havent explained what you have changed there. I would however say that the file you are changing has been used for many years, and is used in every upgrade and install. Its very very unlikely that calculation is incorrect
  22. As mentioned in the link that has been posted there, it really depends on what you are looking to use it for. You can do considerably more with the pages application, whereas blog is just a blog.
  23. You cant at present. This is a known issue we are in the process of fixing. The only way around it currently is to bypass the check as shown in the link above
