  1. While you have got a link to the item, unfortunately there isnt really any way to tell if the person has downloaded the item
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. Not sure unfortunately. I clicked edit, unchecked everything other than administrator, and clicked save. Nothing more at all than that
  4. Ah I see now. Unfortunately no there would be no way to do that
  5. By promotion, I mean exactly what you have set there. "promoting" someone to another group
  6. You could, of course, check the IP its currently using just by pinging, however as mentioned it may change so you could have to keep changing that if needed. Really you should be whitelisting the domain
  7. Im not sure what it is you are doing from there. I have just set this with no issue
  8. One of my colleagues just mentioned one way to do this may be by using promotions. so promote to another group when someone purchases, then you can exclude that group rather than trying to exclude a product
  9. The only thing you should be doing from where you are is edit the theme you dont want them to see, deselect all groups other than admin, and save. Could I confirm you are doing nothing more than that?
  10. Unfortunately thats not a function of the software at present. If you wish to see this appear at some point in the future, please feel free to post up within our feedback area
  11. Have you disabled your other 3rd party items and saved this again?
  12. This changes the JSON-LD markup output on the page. If you have an external site which is the main page of your site and isnt our software (wordpress for example) you would set these
  13. Please disable 2 factor authentication or enter the answer within the notes for this. We can then take a look, however as the issue is no longer present, we may well not see anything. As mentioned, the cache was not written which usually would be template disk cache and issues with writing to the server. In these cases we would generally advise switching away from template disk caching
  14. The red arrow, this has access to all groups The green arrow is your current default theme Therefore that user (and all users) does indeed have access to 2 themes
  15. Thank you for confirming the new email. I have now set up your domain, I see you already changed your email on your account. If you respond to the email you have just been sent, we can get your DNS entries set up for you
  16. I would need an example user to take a look at. They should not see a theme they have no permission for
  17. Now you have set that as default, edit the other theme and you will see permissions for user groups. Remove permissions for all groups. Job done 🙂
  18. As others have said, please give it time if you have just upgraded
  19. Please check items like mod_security or securi, as those could cause what you are seeing there
  20. If you have another email you can use, please PM me that email and I will copy you in. You will need to provide us with the entries for your email, so we can then get that resolved for you on the ticket once you have PMd me this
  21. You would really need to contact your email provider (hosting company) to investigate this. The reality is, once its gone from our software, we have no control over the email unfortunately
  22. Please let us know the result of this, and if you then still have problems, we can of course take it from there
  23. You need to check with your hosting company in order to resolve this. The issue you are having is generally caused by missing SPF records on your email setup
  24. I see that was sorted for you by my colleague. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
