  1. I have just responded to your new email
  2. We cant answer the question, unfortunately, as we dont run your email service. You would need to ask that question of your email host
  3. We are looking at this currently. Thank you for reporting.
  4. As mentioned, you would need to contact your email provider on this. In your case, likely your hosting company if you are using PHP mail
  5. Not often you're incorrect, I'll give you that 😉
  6. that is quite possible and may well cause issues. Those should be reverted
  7. Actually it wouldnt change those either. It's the JSON-LD markup only
  8. Indeed if you go to the above URL, its likely you have an outstanding renewal for that item
  9. The only thing you can do is ask them to confirm. There is no way the system would be able to know someones age.
  10. Please visit the /admin/upgrade again (replacing with your admin location if needed). You were missing files there
  11. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. Those appear to be due to it not being upgraded yet. Please update access details on file, and we can then take a look
  13. I would suggest upgrading on 7.4 first of all. Once you have done that, then switch to PHP 8. If you are doing multiple things, there is no way of knowing which change is causing your problems
  14. If the issue is only present when switching PHP version, its likely there is an error somewhere that is causing it to timeout. The most likely scenario is that is 3rd party somewhere that is running. I would need an example user to take a look, and for you server to be using PHP 8 so we can replicate the problem
  15. Sorry, I realise that was an odd question. The reason I asked is that same image was uploaded by the op here https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/469619-registration-complete-emails/?do=findComment&comment=2908158 I will tag our developers to take a look at this
  16. Its almost like this guy has been here before 😄 Randy is quite right
  17. I have created a ticket so we can get this sorted for you. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  18. Please take a look at the following post, which should help you to get set up there https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/468034-ga4-google-analytics-4-tags/?do=findComment&comment=2897594
  19. I would need to see this on somewhere that isnt localhost. Unfortunately them being localhost means its not possible for us to be able to investigate the reasons
  20. We would need more information on this. Where have you tried to send this? And is this on our system here?
  21. No problem at all. Let us know if you have any further issues
  22. Glad you have what you need there
  23. You would need to revert all templates using the revert button. Alternatively you can create a new theme, which would always be "default" and show that icon. When you say "Cleared", did you manually remove the changes? If so, try the revert button instead
  24. The setting there does the same as I mentioned in my original response, regardless of situation here. You would set that if your site is elsewhere so that the JSON-LD markup output on the page shows your main site to be at a different URL. There isnt anything else that setting does
  25. I dont see how it would know it has actually been downloaded
