  1. To clarify here, you can of course remove that while you install an application, or (which would make more sense) whitelist *.invisionpower.com and *.invisioncommunity.com from that htaccess. The reality is, you cant access the marketplace if you have something actively preventing that access.

As mentioned above, first of all, you ned to disable all 3rd party applications. The reality is, unless you have a promotion rule, whether that be promotions or purchasing of items through commerce, there isnt anything else that can apply a secondary group
  3. Please update your site to the latest release of the platform first of all. If you are then still seeing issues, we can address at that point.
  4. Glad to see you were sorted out there. I see there are a few other queries in your ticket, and will get to those shortly for you

You appear to be using the same filename and locations are we use for ours. You should use your own custom filename for these. Otherwise they will probably get overwritten on upgrade
  6. Please could you provide me with an example? Of course there are many events which relate to topics and posts that are logged
  7. It does need to be noted with the above, this will only allow you to login using the same details. It wouldnt prevent the need to log in at all. So you would likely need custom development in order to achieve this
  8. Also revert any custom email templates you have running.
  9. Please could you provide me with some examples of this?
  10. There is no way in which to change the frequency of a running task within the software. These are set to the values which are required by the software
  11. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can look further into the issue
  12. Sorry, Richard. I actually thought it was all blurred there, before zooming in. Please bear with me while I take a look
  13. It does need to be reitterated here, you press that button once you are ready. And one part of being ready, would be to check any 3rd party items to ensure they are compatible. It is also worth noting, the issue isn't likely that you updated the software. The issue is more likely that you hadnt updated your 3rd party items, unfortunately.
  14. Always good to hear 🙂
  15. Please check this again tomorrow, as stats themselves would only update once per day

It is indeed the blue banner, but orange 🙂

Its has indeed been given a higher importance on cloud, due to our move to PHP 8
  18. No problem 🙂 Hopefully that should sort the issue
  19. Its on the first tab at the bottom under performance. If you are asking if you should use redis, the answer is probably no.
  20. Once you have a csv you wish to enter, click on "Import" within the members section of the admin CP. From there, its simply a case of mapping your fields
  21. Very sorry to hear you feel that way. I would however point out that we cannot know for certain if an upgrade will break your site. The notifications are actually optional to be received by email. Click the bell icon in the right of your admin CP, and deselect that email option. The dismissing of notices in the admin CP, you can do, but it will eventually reappear. The exception to this is security updates, which you cannot dismiss. I would point out however that only admin can see these. CiC is a great solution, however unfortunately if you are looking for software which has no upgrades and can guarentee 3rd party items wont break it, then CiC is not something that is going to resolve that.

I have added this to our ticket system so that we can discuss your requirements
  23. It does need to be noted here that while I appreciate there is a notice about an upgrade, this is a notice showing only to yourself, and there is nothing forcing you to immediately update. I have disabled all 3rd party items on your site, which has corrected the issue there. You have many items which are not currently up to date, and is likely what is causing you issues
  24. If you edit blocks like that manually, it will then never change, as you have manually said "I want it to say this". You would need to recreate the block and it would then count itself. Bearing in mind that blocks are cached, so would only update periodically throughout the day, based on block cache in System->Settings->Advanced Configuration
