  1. Please update your site to the latest release, ensure you access details are up to date, and let us know the name of the member in question. We can then take a look for you and get the issue resolved
  2. The system will check for compatibility with PHP 8, regardless of which PHP version you are using. You would need to check for what application/plugin is causing this
  3. Thank you for sharing your solution 🙂
  4. I am not seeing any moved in process at the moment. Please coul dyou let me know which items you are looking to change, so I can follow this through?
  5. If you save the item in question in the admin CP, does it correct the problem? If the site has already updated and already has the issue, it wont correct itself.
  6. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Is there any possibility you have been on that topic for 8 minutes or more? I ask as I notice in the last screenshot it was posted 8 minutes before.
  8. We have found a resolution to this, and will have a fix for this in the next upcoming release of the platform
  9. Quite correct there. More specifically this one for 4.6 which states to try and ensure the software is working with PHP 8.
  10. You would need to leave at least one in place so we have something to look at. If you want to create one yourself, then provide a new example, we can certainly look from that instead. Alternatively, if your user is awaiting access, can you not give them the user group access without marking that invoice temporarily? Please note, our standard support (not advanced) can be up to 72 hours. Advanced can take longer at times. So you will need to have something in place for some time. Im not sure what you mean on this part, as I havent provided an email.
  11. Yes, you can continue the upgrade, but it will disable the application/plugin that is not compatible, and you will not be able to enable it again until its been updated. This is because it will render your site in an unrecoverable state otherwise.
  12. Hi Teddy, I was just checking over your FTP details there, and these appear not to be correct. We are getting connection refused. Please could you check over the details there?
  13. Thats excellent. Thank you for the feedback
  14. It should be noted that PHP 8 as a recommendation has actually been the case for some time also.
  15. No. It wouldnt matter what version of PHP you are currently on. The system will check that your applications/plugins are ready in preparation for our minimum version being PHP 8, and our recommended version currently being PHP 8
  16. It may be. You can do most things visual by theme amendment. I'm not a designer myself unfortunately. My mum did pin up a picture I drew on the fridge once when I was around 7, but Im not sure that qualifies me
  17. If you go to System->Site Features->Applications you can click on "Check for upgrades" in the top right. Your admin CP only checks once a day
  18. The link will only show with the green tick for users who are the topic starter, and not for mod/admin, in order to encourage them to click the correct answer. For mod/admin it remains as it was
  19. There is no way in which to do this by default without customisation to your theme unfortunately. By design, the sidebar will simply drop under the content once the page width reaches a set width
  20. the constants file must remain in place. Cloudflare indeed may well have been the cause there if its caching the files themselves. Glad you have it working 🙂
  21. Sorry to see you were having issues there. I have now completed the upgrade for you. Note the following items were shown post upgrade
  22. Sorry its not clear here if you are asking if you can have them in reverse order, or saying you are seeing them in reverse order. They would/should always show in the same order on mobile as they do on desktop.
  23. We would never leave things off for any longer than absolutely needed. We certainly understand people use these things and wish for them to be enabled if possible. I have created a new ticket for you and excalated it to our developers, so we can get this looked into
  24. Sorry to appear like Im repeating things here, but you need to disable all 3rd party items and test this, and if you wish for us to then look further, allow us to do the same. I can then get your issue into a ticket. I have not seen this happening anywhere else, and actually the paypal transaction is coming in correctly (it shows approved in the transaction) so something else is going on there and we need to start ruling things out
