    Php 8

Process of elimination there or asking the authors would be the only way. Disable all, and if its then working, enable one at a time until you find the item causing the issues

    Php 8

switch back to PHP 7.4, disable all 3rd party items and themes, then switch back to 8.1. It is very very likely that you have 3rd party items that are not compatible
  3. We cannot have tickets open whereby you are still making changes on the system and actively working on it. At present, you are running through an upgrade, there is no active issue. This can only be due to incorrect input of the password. There is no other alternative explaination for this unfortunately. What is it you are looking to validate here? Do you have reason to believe after the upgrade has been run, there is an issue somewhere?
  4. We are unable to advise on specific types, only on the locations that can be used which are shown here With automatic ads, they will place based on how they think they will look best on that specific site. Therefore it is indeed plausible that it will break one theme and not another
  5. I have closed the ticket down for you in this case, as you are able to get into the upgrader there. This is a normal message, and you need to either run that query manually or click to run automatically as stated in the message
  6. Please let us know once you have changed that and if that resolves your issue
  7. LOL not a problem. Happens to us all at some point
  8. You cannot withot it being reverted entirely, both files and database. Please let me know if you decide to do that, as I will then close your ticket. If you wish for us to take a look, you need to do nothing until the ticket is looked into
  9. I have created a ticket on this for you, so that we can take a closer look
  10. It doesnt actually seem to be a block in your case. You would need to check your theme as it looks like its in yoru theme there somewhere
  11. The only way to do that would be to revert to backups taken prior to your upgrade. Please let us know if you are doing this before we intervene
  12. Its not actually as simple as that to achieve, whether it be mobile or desktop, its essentially the very same theme. It simply moves based on the width and 'drops' down.
  13. We need all details updating there, rather than just the user and password. Unfortunately the username and password are incorrect, as we have established there.
  14. It would seem so, yes. I suspect what is happening there is it's a combination of things, which is why you arent seeing it when you disable manually. For example, it may be something is not being cleared in cache when a plugin is disabled.
  15. I can move your ticket to advanced self-hosting here, where people may be able to assist. We are unable, as part of support, to assist with how to run queries on your hosting unfortunately. You would be better not using something that is unmanaged if you are unsure how to run queries to be honest.
  16. I think you are misunderstanding there. You need to add those details, so that we have details to access your site
  17. Sorry, please could you provide more information as to what you are checking there, and what exactly you switched on?
  18. This being the case, you need to revert to the backup taken before you upgrade, and uninstall forums from your admin CP at System->Site Features->Applications first of all. This is happening because you have an application installed that you are not licensed for.
  19. If rewriting is not working, you need to follow the instructions given in the text there. If you are sure you only have the default htaccess in place, you need to contact your hosting provider as mentioned
  20. Happens to us all at some point 🙂 Very glad to managed to get things back to a working state there
  21. Using a fresh one as above would always be a good start. I would say here, have you checked to ensure your new hosting meets minimum requirements before you start? Moving really shouldnt be that difficult from one host to another.
  22. There is nowhere to download them. They are installed with the software. Some items do indeed have number on them by default
  23. You would not be able to install it from the marketplace once you have updated. You can only install items that are shown as compatible with your version of the platform.
  24. Very glad to hear you like the new support method. We do indeed aim for support to be as quick as possible. 🙂
  25. It was not something in which we could easily share, however as my colleague stated there, we have added into the latest patched release something that will resolve the issue during the upgrade process I see your issue has also been resolved in the ticket on this one, so you should be good to go. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues
