  6. Very glad to hear you have a working solution there 🙂 If you wanted to resolve the issue so you can use nginx, you would be best to post in the advanced self hosting section, or indeed hire a server admin to take a look at that for you
  7. No, if you change one of the sizes and deselect it, then it would be deselected
  8. I mean someone has edited the image, and changed the sizes, where you show in your image. Thats the only way that would be deselected. If you believe this not to be the case, and you can replicate this with a new item, please let us know.
  9. Its likely what has happened is that its been manually set at some point. Edit that block, then delete the number in there. It should then set itself the next time most online is hit
  10. Click on your name in the top right, then you will see "Manage promoted items". From there you can delete those promotions
  11. Developers have been tagged to see if there is anything further we can think of here, but unfortunately with it being server related, and a test site, there is only so much we can do in terms of support there

  13. Glad you are getting to the bottom of it. Unfortunately running so many 3rd party items will at times lead to issues such as these, and disabling should always be the first course of action

  17. Its very likely this is 3rd party here. If you take a look at your system logs, you have many error relating to the considerable number of items you have installed there. Some of these are also in the clubs area of gallery
  18. Actually you could do this by using products rather than subscriptions. Create a product with a recurring payment In the "Benefits" section, click to create a license key When someone purchases, they will then be given a license key for that purchase. This will show under their purchase within their client area on the front end (Store>Manage Purchases, Click the purchase) Outside the software, you can then check that license key with the following URL (replacing the relevant parts with your URL), and after enabling the API for this (see the guide below) https://yourSiteHere.com/applications/nexus/interface/licenses/?check&key=1JR4P-2Y4W-Z2KA-RVWE-FA0J This will give a json response with the license details if the key is correct.
