  5. This is correct, as any time there is search criteria, the ability to prune will be present 🙂 You could use a date range which is huge. Then once its searched, click on the spammers tab. Always back up of course Generally it wouldnt be expected that people would prune banned users

  7. Not honestly sure what you mean there, Nathan. There was indeed step-by-step what needs to happen there. I understand there may have been questions after that, but there were indeed specifically what needs to happen. @CaptJeff, you are currently running PHP 7.4. Before you continue any further, with the working site, have you made a complete backup of the files and database at this point in time? If not, please have your hosting company do this before you do anything else at all. And we can then work from there. With regard 3rd party items, you have 4 3rd party plugins, although they are all disabled. If you are not using those, you are probably best to uninstall them completely, by visiting System>Site Features>Plugins and selecting the x next to each item. I would highly advise on not using any 3rd party items, and sticking with the base product. Get to this point, and we can then continue from there

  13. I can move this to our feedback area, however indeed it only accepts positive values. We do of course have methods in which to discount items such as codes.
  14. You would visit System>Site Features>Applications and System>Site Features>Plugins I fully understand and empathise with your situation there. However the reality is, there isn't a huge amount more we can give in terms of advice here, and this would be the correct advice to be giving you. While I understand its not possible at present, it would be irresponsible of me not to provide the correct advice
  15. Because they are valid characters, so would not actually be changed. Is it causing a problem with the URL itself?
  16. Just looking at your ticket, it seems all your questions there were answered. You would need to purchase a cloud solution and then you can put a ticket in to request a transfer
  17. Assuming you are referring only to 3rd party payment methods there and not as a whole. Please disable all other 3rd party applications and plugins, and then retest this to see if you are seeing the same issue

  22. It may actually be worth reaching out to their support on this to see if they can answer the question, or at least tell you what they are seeing there when they try to access, if you are sure you have provided access
