  1. No problem at all. Glad things are working for you
  2. There is no way in which to do that unfortunately
  3. Could you provide me with the link to that topic?
  4. You would switch it on, as your server is proxying the IPs
  5. It sounds like your server may be proxying. Please try switching on this, and then monitoring. "System>Settings>Advanced Configuration>Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?"
  6. Cant say thats something I have seen happening either
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Just a screen record of the issue will do for the time being, rather than sharing a whole meeting
  9. Please could you let us know what page that is appearing on?
  10. Ensuring your database is corrected before you begin your upgrade. The point which was reached at the end, with checking and ensuring the database is corrected by looking at the support tools (top right of the admin CP) would have likely prevented the issue
  11. Glad to hear things are now working for you 🙂
  12. I understand you linked to the documentation there, however you also show code that doesnt relate to what is shown in the documentation. Take a look at the example there, which does show the key and how its used
  13. I have taken a look at this for you, and the error you are getting is relating to the 3rd party application "New Topic Placeholders". You would need to contact the author of that application for a resolution to this
  14. The guide there is actually quite old, and many things have been changed since. I will need to take a look at this, but I believe that no longer exists. Gradients you would need to add within CSS
  15. Could I ask how it is you are determining this? Your hosting company is incorrect. The uploads folder does indeed contain the javascript, CSS and images by default
  16. Ensure you add the line it asks you to at the end, if it does
  17. We do not provide face to face support unfortunately. Feel free to record the screen if needed, if you need to emphasise more what is happening there
  18. We would not provide instructions on how to write the code to do this, unfortunately. We would only write what the endpoint accepts
  19. Users will not need moderation for quoting a guest. Do you have any other kind of moderation set for standard users?
  20. You would need to switch to PHP 8.1, as 8.2 is not yet supported. Once that is done, please try again. With regard support, this was moved to the community quite some time ago. We are staffed here too, so dont worry, we're still around 🙂
  21. Ah, my apologies. I was responding based on what you were talking about there, but hadnt actually looked at your package there. You are indeed already cloud hosted, so things like phpmyadmin, cron, SSH, Putty, and CPanel are not something you need to worry about. Backups are also something you dont need to worry about.
  22. Glad to hear you have things sorted. Now its back online, please go to support in the admin CP and ensure you address anything that may be showing in the mysql section there
  23. Glad to hear you managed to get that sorted.
  24. What did you do after that point? Have you clicked to state you have run the command?
  25. Ah, no problem. However the same question would apply here. Do you have anything else set up, other than this?
