  1. We have improvements in spam areas coming, however as mentioned by my colleague, there is no way in which to do this at present
  2. When you say "Instantly", how instantly are you talking? I ask as if its literally the same second, I would suggest changing your database credentials, and ensuring there isnt the ability to remote access it

  15. Not through banning, no. A ban means they cannot see the site entirely. If you are just moving group instead, the onus would be on yourself to remove any subscription they may have manually.

  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. In terms of the data, its your data. All you would do is submit a ticket requesting this, along with your verification code (a code requested for you to add by the client area as a customer). We would then provide you with the backup. If thats once a month, no problem.
  23. It's not something I can give specific dates on at present, unfortunately. However, its something we are actively working on.
  24. You cannot customise the ID (the number), as its an ID. If you are looking to add CSS to a group name, you can actually do that directly within the software. If you go to Members>Groups and edit any group, you will see 'group formatting' where you can choose a color. However if you wish to do more than this, such as wrap it in span tags so you can style that way or even add a CSS class, you can do this by selecting 'Use HTML' at the side of that setting.
  25. My confusion as you's were discussing the plugin lol. Cheers I would need an example of this, so we can take a look for you and see what has happened. Have you checked to see if the function is there when logging in as a user?
