  1. No problem at all. Glad you found a solution ๐Ÿ™‚
  2. No problem. Of course do let us know if you see any issues
  3. Sorry, Im a little confused here. Are you saying you run that as it suggests and its causing you issues, or that you are assuming it will cause you issues?
  4. How were these fields removed at the time, and exactly what message are you getting?
  5. Please have your friend add you as an alternative contact if you wish to obtain support. We are unable to provide support without an authorised account
  6. There is no way in which to speed this up. The intention there is that its run in the background
  7. I would suggest first of all ruling out imagemagick by switching to GD. This is the only way to really rule it out
  8. We do not provide a privacy policy for peoples communities, as it can be vastly different depending on many factors.
  9. You would need to provide more information as to why you believe its nonsense there
  10. If you have disabled animated avatars, it should be allowing them at all. Bear in mind that gif doesn't necessarily mean animated.
  11. I am seeing no issues on your trial at present. Please let us know if you see any further issues, along with the action you were performing at the time, as the error mesaage itself there would actually indicate this is not from your trial community
  12. Unfortunately elements of Twitter API appear to be being switched on and off more often than my kettle on a particularly tired morning
  13. If its something timing out, its more likely to be mysql than PHP I suspect. Without having the actual error message your server is throwing, its impossible to know for sure.
  14. Glad to see you are getting somewhere ๐Ÿ™‚
  15. Yes, please try and let us know if you still see an issue. If you do, then we can of course get that escalated for you
  16. I guess, without being able to see the issue in action, is that the database is inaccessible at times during that period. Have you managed to get online at that time yourself to see if this may be the case?
  17. This is incorrect. Items in the feedback area would always be taken into consideration. However this doesnโ€™t mean they will be implemented as it would depend on whether they fit into our internal goals for the platform. And those which are added would not always fit within the development plan of a specific version.
  18. Note the menu manager and the categories within pages are 2 separate entities. Of course you may name them the same, and many do, but they are 2 separate things entirely ๐Ÿ™‚
  19. Take a look in the Mod CP on the front end. Deleted content is on the left
  20. Yes, if you have added a page to the menu manager, you would need to remove that even if you remove the page. IF the page content exists, are you sure its not in deleted content? So when you click on it, does it say to you that its deleted?
  21. You would need to see what IP and email they are using to sign up with first of all, in order to be able to check the spam filters and see what level was hit
  22. The message there is a banned message. So you would need to whitelist them, as its likely the spam service they are getting caught up in. Alternatively it could have course be a banned filter you have set
