  1. Sorry to hear you host wont assist you there. But if the software is unable to connect to facebook, we have no control in any way to resolve that issue. Cloudflare indeed may well be what is blocking you, of course
  2. That is intentional behaviour at present. 5 has had a lot of work in terms of theming, so this may well change of course
  3. This is not something we are able to announce at present. We will of course have information soon â„¢ I have taken a look at what you linked there, but its not clear what framework changes you are referring to. There is however a large amount of framework change generally, if thats the question you are asking?
  4. There are no other steps on our end. You would need to pursue that with the people who are holding your license hostage
  5. If you no longer have an accessible instance of that install, then it would no longer be an issue. You should however be removing the software from that location entirely, or requesting this is done by the person who runs that server, as per your license agreement
  6. I would need a link to the item in question in order to correctly advise on whats happening there.
  7. There would be no way in which to do this without modification to the software unfortunately
  8. Also please check mod_security. The most common cause of this is it being blocked by the server, and mod_security tends to be the biggest culprit
  9. You would need to contact whoever does have access to that. You are allowed only one live and one test instance, and it would be up to yourself to keep your license secure. You should always be able to delete your instance when needed.
  10. Im sure you appreciate depending on where you are and exactly what is entered that could result in different results. If you can provide the specific domains, I can pass those on
  11. There are no known issue at present we are aware of. Is there anything specific you are doing at the time. Are you ensuring you have no 3rd party items running at the time for testing?
  12. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  13. This is not something you are able to switch to. We can create tickets if required. In order to take a look at your problem, please ensure all access details on file are up to date
  14. Please add any further information to your ticket, rather than here. This way it can be picked up by the person working on your issue
  15. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  16. There is no way in which to do this at present.
  17. What other errors are showing on the page there when you submit? It being red would indicate there is actually a message shown at some point
  18. If you are finding disposable domains that are not added, just let us know what those are and Im sure we can get them sorted
  19. If its only causing errors on PHP 8 there, you would need to contact your hosting company to gain assistance on this one.
  20. Do you have one I can test this with on your site, as I'm unable to replicate the issue on my end unfortunately.
  21. I would need a link to the item in question and to know who you are logged in as, in order to advise
  22. There is no function to remove or reduce the size of this area at present, unfortunately.
  23. That is incorrect 🙂 It may not have it on your release, but its certainly available for 8.1
  24. Unfortunately IP blocking quite simply doesnt have that level of accuracy.
