  1. Both of those. It's worth noting if you do indeed need to call that many times, they can switch off logging of those items. But I've never seen anything that needs to call that many times to any API.
  2. On visiting your site, that block is actually loading. Are you still seeing the issue there?
  3. There isnt really anything wrong with 5 days. However there is an issue with calling APIs that often. Is there a reason you would need to call it this often? Its very very out of the ordinary
  4. With the API logs, please check those. You have at least one item that is calling the API 43 times a minute. On its own, that will generate over 300 thousand API logs in 5 days.
  5. Ive created a ticket on this so we can take a closer look for you
  6. Thank you for the example sent over. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. I see one error in your logs which correspond to the time you posted here, which Im wondering if it is related to what you are seeing. Could you please note the times you see these occur on the next couple to see if this is a coincidence or the cause?
  8. Yes that location is what is called when the template is saved. As mentioned, something server side is blocking its ability to save, hence the 403
  9. I see your ticket was sorted there. Just checking in to ensure everything is working for you now?
  10. This is indeed likely to be if the cloud platform is upscaling
  11. Please visit the support area in your admin CP and click to clear cache. Once you have done that, try again and see if its then working.
  12. Is this showing momentarily, or for a prolonged period of time?
  13. The only time you may see very quick slow items is as the cloud scales if it requires doing so. But this should be very momentarily.
  14. When you say frequently, how often are you seeing this?
  15. This is showing as a resolved issue in our bug tracker, so you should see this in the next release
  16. They are indeed the correct nameserver records. Only your domain host can tell you why they are unable to save those
  17. We are aware of the issue and this is still being worked on. Unfortunately it looks like there may be issues which are intermittently being caused by some 3rd party items you have there. Please add an alternative email contact on file, and then PM me with that email address so I can add it to the ticket
  18. Some clarification here. We can certainly understand why people would feel like that, but that is incorrect. Indeed we have actually made changes to our classic self-hosted licensing specifically to ensure it remains viable.
  19. If its happening without changing any changed, it is indeed very likely mod_security, and is certainly something blocking it server side
  20. You can force permissions if you need to do so for your server, by adding a constant to your server. You can see how to do this in the following location
  21. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. Please check mod_security on your server for any errors.Let us know if you have any issues once you have checked this and resolved any issues
  23. The platform is compatible with MySQL 8, yes. Of course you would need to ensure you do full backups of everything and ensure you consult with a server administrator if you are unsure how to successfully perform these options
  24. This is being looked into, as mentioned on your other 2 topics.
