  1. The original item is still open. Unfortunately, it does seem facebook keep changing things on their end.
  2. I would add any further information you have to your ticket. I see Daniel responded on there a short time ago
  3. Its just the name we needed, rather than the full login. We do however need full admin access to the site. This must be populated within your client area, rather than sent via PM. We can then take a look
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. Usually that would be as a result of outdated code in a database template somewhere, so would start with reverting and testing those
  6. This is correct on the front end. You would need to change it as admin if you needed to change the type of club. Please feel free to post this up within our feedback area if you wish to see this change in the future
  7. As mentioned above, these are indeed supported. Taking a look at your system, you need to upgrade
  8. I cant actually see any way in which you will be able to do this unfortunately, as they would both be guests when they attempt registration, and its actually a different subscription you are offering these people. The other issue you have, is if you are using subscriptions rather than a normal product, you couldn't even allow it to only one group, even if you do it once signed in.
  9. As mentioned a couple of times above, we would need an example user on your site who is seeing this, in order to look at the problem for you
  10. We have no way in which to change your Zapier API key. We did not change your API key
  11. Actually all of those I would think (if they are the full table names?). For example we have all core_ and forum_ and calendar_ based tables, but even the forums table for example is forums_forums. Back those tables up, then delete them I would say
  12. We are unable to give you any of those details, as its not our server unfortunately. What is the exact error?
  13. We cannot tell you what the username and password are for your database. Only your host can give you that information. I would ask however, why are you running the installer?
  14. No problem at all. I see you appear to have hosting issues at present
  15. No problem. Good luck with getting it all sorted 🙂
  16. If you only have the forums application installed, that would probably be correct, yes. Of course, with anything like this backup, backup, backup
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. In the first instance, please update your site to the latest release and test this again. However I would say, that appears to be coming from imagemagick on your server.
  19. Yes, that would indeed be used on renewals
  20. As mentioned in my PM to you, this is a known issue at present. I have updated it for you manually for the time being
  21. Unfortunately, there isnt going to be an easy way to do that. You would have to manually go through them. What I would do is probably switch both off, copy the database entirely and set invision to use that new copy, backup again, then delete anything that isnt an invision table from that database. A painstaking job for sure,
  22. The above is correct. Also, if you are still having issues, I would need to know the example user if you need us to take a look. The likelyhood is that it's the 'Total maximum storage' setting
  23. You could indeed read that as "views". However yes it could indeed include bots if they are visible to guests
  24. Only you can really answer the first question, as I dont know what it is you are doing at the time. In terms of proof, things are either slow or they arent really. If its slow then fast then slow then fast, the software of course hasnt changed in that time. Performance issues tend to be server related in almost all cases
