  1. We are working periodically on urgent issues, but support will be much slower than usual. Noting our usual SLA is up to 48 hours. Your case is a little different, as you are aware. I will response more in your ticket.
  2. Glad to hear things are working for you 🙂
3. Click on "More sharing options" 🙂
  4. There are 3 lots in total. I will PM you with them in a second. I would suggest then sorting those ones out, and upgrading to the latest release of the platform. If you then see it happen again, see if you can ask the user if there were any issues when they registered.
  5. That shouldnt actually be something possible, however of course it has. Do you use any external methods to register? In terms of what to do with them. You would simply merge them together
  6. Do you perhaps have any plugins running on your browser? Im unable to replicate this even on your system
  7. Are you ok for me to add things for a min on your system?
  8. Could I ask first of all if you have tested this with all 3rd party items disabled?
  9. I have created a ticket on this one for you, so we can take a closer look
  10. Glad to hear you managed to find the issue there 🙂

    Store

We are yet to release anything of that nature, as currently there are physical products within commerce on version 4, and version 5 is not yet released 🙂
  12. If you click "Add button" it actually tells you there which version you should be using 🙂
  13. Im not sure what news you would be hoping for here, as we are still on 4.7.14. As mentioned above, it will take some time for new items like this to be included. Its not likely something you are going to see over the course of a few weeks unfortunately.
  14. Could you clarify where this was reported? I can then take a look at that for you to see if there are any updates
  15. Are you referring to when you are logged in, or after your session is terminated as my colleague mentioned? If its after the session is terminated, then that is by design
  16. All I can really suggest is disabling that first of all to see if it still occurs. This will at least then give you a starting point. If it is indeed related to that, you would need to contact google. If its not then your host would be your first contact
  17. There is no way in which to switch these on by default. If the user would like to see these, they would actively have to activate these
  18. Unfortunately, there isnt really much we can do on our end to resolve what is ultimately a browser issue
  19. It looks like you have the module set not to be visible to that group. So I would check permissions on the module itself. See module permissions here Https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/member-permissions-r305/
  20. Its very very unlikely that we would ever implement anything like this, to be honest. A user either wants to be hidden or not. Doing it by forum would simply make the system a little pointless, as you would never have a clear indication of anything. If it were me, I would be saying to the user if you want to hide yourself, then hide yourself.
  21. We do not show roadmaps at the present time. Any information related to changes on the product will be shown in blogs, or indeed in release notes. However I do have comments on some of those This is already possible. You can manually add badges from the admin CP. Go to any member, and on the badges section, click on manage Other than the method above for admin, this is not Something in which is likely ever to be added, as it simply goes against the intention of the system This is already available. If you go to any users profile, you will see badges at the top in the "Your achievements" section. You can also click into that which will give you a full list and count
  22. You can ask LOL. Unfortunately, its simply not possible for us to answer without knowing your server setup. Thats something for your host
  23. If you are facing the exact same issue, then you have a site that hasnt fully been restored. I would suggest checking with your hosting company to see whats going on there though, as you appear to be getting 403s
  24. If you are removing all 3rd party items, then you would be best just to do this Backup backup backup 🙂 Switch off your site Move your server over to PHP 8 (yes, your site will break) Run the requirement checker to ensure you arent missing anything Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader at /admin/upgrade
  25. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
