  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Its worth pointing out here, v5 is both hosted and classic. That is not the only pricing there https://invisioncommunity.com/buy As a cloud customer, you pay your monthly or yearly subscription. There is nothing that changes there when a new major release comes out
  3. You cant usually join a course if you are the manager of that course
  4. That is indeed correct. This area contains "My clubs" (a guest cannot have clubs they have joined), "Recent activity in my clubs" (as with the previous they have no clubs they have joined), and the newsletter signup (you cannot sign up to the newsletter as a guest). On the Invision platform, if there are no items for an item to be able to be displayed to a user, that item wouldnt show.
  5. While I understand what your host is saying there, this does not change the connection timeout messages you are getting when trying to connect
  6. Please could you clarify if you now have this working? You mention it doesnt, but it also appears this is marked as solved.
  7. Unfortunately that's about your limit there, other than starting blocking the IPs of that VPN of course. It sounds like you are being targeted. The good news is, they do tend to give up after a while.
  8. I would suggest using hCaptcha. You can then increase the sensitivity of this. You can also ensure you have multiple question/answer items there. If they are all from the same country and its one you wish to blog, there are also options related to country blocking on that same section too.
  9. I'm not sure I understand the question here. That's the time that one item was logged. In the case of that one, for profile sync. However there are logs for login too. You will see they are all connection time out and could not resolve host messages, over 15 pages there.
  10. There isnt really much more information I can give. If you go to System logs in your admin CP, click the advanced search icon and filter for type 'facebook' you will see the errors present there
  11. Looking at the logs, it seems your server is blocking facebook by the look of it. You will need to contact your hosting company to correct this
  12. Im not sure how I can write in more detail here. I attempt to log into your admin CP with the details provided, and it states the details are incorrect. So I cannot access. Im not sure how not understanding what is wrong means you are unable to update these in our secure location rather than PM?
  13. As mentioned a few times around the site, this is more to bring viability to a declining self-hosted market for the long term. This gives a more sustainable model into the future
  14. Please only update via the client area, and update all details
  15. Try checking your uploads/logs folder to see if there is anything in there
  16. It's the server that is making the login request there, so it would indeed be the requesters IP that is logged.
  17. I would need an example of what items are disappearing here, so that I can take a look on your site. The sidebar would indeed disappear if there are no sidebar blocks for it to show. So I believe this is what you are seeing in the first instance there.
  18. Glad to see we managed to get you sorted there 🙂
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. We dont have a table named vendor. Are you perhaps referring to a database you have created?
  21. That would indicate the details you added to your conf_global.php file may be incorrect, so I could suggest checking those. That said, check the permissions on your conf_global.php file too in order to ensure your site can read it
