  1. Indeed we do. If you take a look here, this is the current pricing. https://invisioncommunity.com/buy And of course, we can help get you over to us with your current site if needed too. If you need any further information, please let us know, and I can certainly put you in touch with our sales team
  2. Ah, I understand. You can pay with apple pay and google pay, but not do automatic recurring payments with them. This can be done only with card payments on stripe at present
  3. Would need an example of those really if you are having issues with uploads in chrome
  4. If its not applied, you can apply it from the support section of your admin CP, by clicking the optional patch link showing there 🙂
  5. There was an issue yesterday on the network, which will have been causing that responsiveness issue. With regard uploading, we would need examples if there are other types. We are aware of the issues with webp, and it would only affect webp, so if there are issues with other types, it would be a different issue
  6. Whatever you are changing there, its not changing it on your site unfortunately. So something is overriding your change or its being changed in the wrong place. You would need to contact your hosting provider to confirm which this is
  7. We allow only one test and one live instance within the license structure, unfortunately
  8. I understand what they have said there. I can tell you only that we run replication, and the software does not have primary keys. Make of that what you will of course.
  9. This does appear to be an issue only with digital ocean from what I have seen so far. We indeed do not have primary keys on all tables, but this should not be causing any issues with database replication items. We have quite a lot of replication set up ourselves
  10. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  11. In their account settings, in Security and Privacy
  12. It will not 'mess up' the oauth, but what it will mean is when people log in, it will say they already have an account and ask them to link it up. So they would have to sign in with their standard login (which would be the one you created with the importer) and link it from account settings
  13. It should actually disappear the next time the task runs through
  14. I have created a ticket on this for you, and will be in contact shortly
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  16. Feel free to create a new topic with what you would like to see, within our feedback area
  17. No problem. Glad you managed to get things working 🙂
  18. try that first of all, and then let us know if you are still seeing issues
  19. Are you seeing anything showing up in your system logs?
  20. Its something we are looking at currently. While Im not able to give a specific timeframe, its something we're actively looking at, so would hope not too long
  21. I have got a ticket in from someone else relating to webp, so I think it may well be just that file type. Are you able to confirm this?
