  1. Sorry, Im a little confused here. You have a site at your currently registered URL with 10s of thousands of posts. Are you perhaps referring to a license that is not attached to this community account?
  2. Have you checked the permissions on those fields to ensure you are not restricting them in any way?
  3. You do indeed still have the installation on your current licensed URL. That instance would need to be removed before you can install elsewhere
  4. I have split this into another topic as its not the same as the topic you posted on. Please could you provide step by step instructions on how to replicate this? Im not able to replicate on my own instance on the latest release
  5. Upgrading manually would be the option at present until we can get this resolved. You can do this by uploading a fresh set of files from your client area and then running the upgrade from /admin/upgrade
  6. I would also ask if there is something specific leading you to believe achievements is the cause? I so, indeed the above would be the first thing to look at.
  7. That isnt something we would do. While I understand it may work for you in the browser, it doesn't make it correct. mov and mp4 are 2 different formats
  8. Please could you provide me with some example items that are not showing? We can then take a look for you.
  9. Glad to hear you managed to get that issue resolved
  10. Could you please clarify, is it showing incorrect, or is it showing its installed under another URL?
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Thats a question you would need to ask of google. The issue is not one of the software, but rather the browser
  13. Unless they sign out, yes they would always see the validation page
  14. Kind of. But the neighbourhood is your members. We dont allow that at all. However the person who owns all the rented buildings in the area has keys, and also employs people to manage the properties at times. They have all the keys. If they misuse those keys, they should not be a member of that management team
  15. Yeah, I agree. Posted a bug report on that
  16. If its only just started to work, its very likely your sitemap hasnt fully built up as of yet
  17. There is no setting in which you can change that. You would indeed need a developer to create something of that manner
  18. I would suggest posting separately on this, to outline what you would like to see.
  19. Could you please confirm exactly what message it is you are getting?
  20. Information on other applications will be available in due cause 🙂
  21. This has now been resolved for you I see. Its worth noting that while I understand the frustration there, unfortunately your issues happened to be during Christmas day/Boxing day, when almost everyone is off work for the christmas period.
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. I see from your tickets this has now been resolved.
  24. Indeed. Unfortunately we could not replicate it there either
  25. You would need to contact account services. If you click on contact us at the bottom of the page and select accounts, we can go through this process with you
