  1. I would note that this is an assumption here. There are items that are patched between releases, as you have seen with other problems. Thank you for notifying us of this, our developers can reproduce this and we have logged a bug report for this to be resolved
  2. Please update all access details as mentioned in the other topic
  3. There is no documentation on how to use the site for front end users. As you mention, our guides are aimed at the people who run the site. It would be expected that these would be something the admin would create. The issue with being created by invision is that every site is different. Even with no 3rd party items installed, you can have 2 sites of which have different items enabled and disabled for users, making the site look different for each
  4. Please could you update your access details on file?
  5. Thank you for letting us know. I have trying to replicate the issue on our end so we can get this resolved. Have you ensured you have applied all patches?
  6. Sorry, Im not sure this make sense. You state there you edit the post/topic with a normal user account, but you cannot do that. It would have to be a moderator if they are editing another persons content. As I cannot replicate, I would need to ensure these instructions are correct
  7. No problem. Glad you managed to get it sorted in any case. Thank you for the feedback
  8. We can certainly take a look to see what's going on here, however your access details on file appear to be out of date. Please could you update these?
  9. Have you checked to see if there is any caching on the server and disabled this, as mentioned by my colleague? I does sound to be cache related from what you are describing
  10. Thank you for reporting. I have added a bug report for this so that it can be looked into
  11. Could I ask what the issue was there? That may be helpful to others
  12. Could you please give me a specific date and time you enter? I entered tomorrow at 10am and that saved correctly with no issue there
  13. Please ensure you have all the latest patches added and test this again. If you are still seeing the same, we would need specific instructions to replicate. I cant seem to replicate this at all on my end. Steps taken Posted a new topic under my normal user account Logged into the ACP and used log in as to log in as a moderator Edited my topic CLicked to show the user, and it still shows it was created by the member who created it
  14. Thank you for reporting. I have added a bug report for this so that we can get the issue resolved
  15. No problem at all. Glad to hear you found the issue 🙂
  16. Note, while this was brought up internally that is not to say that it will be added, and if so it may be a number of versions before it is. At present this is working as intended
  17. I have just created a ticket for you on this so that we can take a closer look for you and see whats going on
  18. Could you please check to ensure you dont have enhanced tracking protection switched on in the browser, and then try again
  19. Thats quite possible. If you increase it yet further, does it then work?
  20. This is not something in which can be readily provided in its current state unfortunately. It may be worth looking in the marketplace as there are others who have done similar which may interest you
  21. You would need to check what is in Community>Forums>Settings within your admin CP for "Popular topics". This is what would determine what shows as hot
  22. Unfortunately, while I completely understand the frustration, we have many many users using many different languages and locales around the world. If your system is not allowing us to set this, we cannot set it. See the above explaination from my colleague.
  23. There isnt really much else we can add to the conversation here unfortunately. The issue is that your system is not recognising that locale when entered
  24. Given this is an error being thrown at server level, please can you check your server error logs for the underlying error being logged?
