  1. Its not really something that would be possible, as the you would need the platform to work on.
  2. First of all, very sorry to hear of the loss of one of your members to this horrible disease. Certainly that is no age for anyone to pass away. With regard the rank, the simplest way to do this would be to increase that members points to higher than the highest rank. You can do that manually from their account in your ACP by selecting "Manage points" under the Rank section of their account, then selecting Edit points at the top.
  3. Have you checked to ensure that after switching over, everything else is compatible? You can do this by running the requirement checker here
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. That would indeed usually be the case, just to confirm. We would always recommend making a full backup before deleting anything of course, in case you do find any issues. 🙂
  6. That is not the area these are stored. Its in System->Files->Storage
  7. The answer to that question is that you could contact us provided you have left reasonable time for them to respond. This is not to say we would refund on that basis. It would depend on the scenario
  8. I have responded to your ticket just now. Bear in mind, as mentioned by my colleague we have had no other tickets from you, so I will go through with you and we can try and get that resolved too.
  9. As I mentioned when I sent that ticket in for you. You have to bear in mind that its very likely (almost certain) that if you want that resolving, it will need to be started again from scratch.
  10. Its actually more that you are one of the last to upgrade, and so upgrading on newer technologies it was not built for 😄 Is the ticket I put in for you no longer needed?
  11. This is an error in an old platform which is no longer supported. As you mentioned, this will have been at some point, but is not any longer. Unfortunately we cannot provide support for older packages indefinitely.
  12. If you go to this section in the admin CP Community -> Forums -> Settings You will see under the 'Topic Settings' Section you have 'Popular now'. Only topics that match the criteria you set there will show up within the block. So for example, I have mine set to 3 posts within 30 minutes. So only topics which have had 3 posts within the last 30 minutes would show up in my block
  13. Unfortunately, we no longer support the 3.x series of products, so there is very limited support we can provide with this. I can forward your ticket to our community support, as someone may be able to assist you with getting upgraded there. Alternatively, we can get a ticket created for you to see what we can offer on upgrading. Please let us know which way you would like to go on this
  14. You would need to request this from the author, rather than ourselves.
  15. No problem. Please let us know if you have any further problems. Glad to see you have your mail up and running properly now.
  16. Yes, if you have deleted them and they no longer exist on disk, they could well cause the above. What you could do is replace just the files within the location its looking for them
  17. Have you checked to see if you are actually getting notifications? Also, have you set up any notifications as push types on your user notification options?
  18. These are in your file storage settings, within System>Files>Storage settings
  19. ou should never delete tables from your site, under any circumstances. You would need replace those images in the folder if they are no longer present
  20. Please do let us know if you see any others of those messages being logged
  21. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need there
  22. It will. Ensure you have a cron job set up to run your tasks also
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
