  1. If you change a forum name, one simply redirects to the other automatically, so it wouldnt affect it. In fact the name in the URL is simply for the human readable aspect. It's the number that makes the diferrence. For example, the URL for this forum is https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-help-support/ But if you go here, it goes to the same place, as the ID is the same https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-its-almost-christmas/
  2. You can do this from the admin CP. Open the users profile in the admin CP, then on the right, you can change "All Recent Account Activity" to "Files Downloaded"
  3. Please could you update your details on file? Your FTP detail isnt correct at present
  4. Because there are different displays of editor per size. You need to check this within Customization>Editor>Toolbars on your admin CP, to check its available on each size
  5. Given the error message there, that would be a question for your hosting company.
  6. It seems the issue there is within your theme unfortunately. We cannot assist with 3rd party themes. It does however seem you found the issue in your theme there
  7. It was related to the issue with the licensing server, so that would indeed have resolved the issue 🙂
  8. This actually may have been my mistake. Please could you check it again now?
  9. Im not sure where you would copy them from, to be honest. There is no info as to which tables were empty in that restore, and even if that table is in tact, its very likely some of the members are not in your old data, so would break things on your site.
  10. You can restore a database from 5 month ago and do the updates required to get you up to date, yes. I cannot tell you if they are the right databases of course. Only yourself would know that
  11. The reality here is if you have no backup, you have nothing to restore. If you have only a 2019 database, you can use that but you would indeed lose all data up to that point.
  12. The reason something old is showing is because the old field itself is still present. Your theme however is out of date. By default there should be no custom title showing at all unless you specifically edit the theme to show it in the manner described in the link above. So the first thing you need there is a 4.6 update for your theme
  13. Im not sure what you mean with this Please could you explain further. Custom titles are just that. They are not related to achievements in any way, and the data retained was added as a custom profile field.
  14. You would need to restore all of that to 2019 if that were the case. Unfortunately if your backups are not working correctly, there isnt much we can do to assist here. We dont even know what tables were emptied. If we had a list of those, that may give us a starting point to know for sure. Even then, it may simply not be possible.
  15. Hello, What tables have been recovered with structure only? There is no information there to state which these are. The reality is here, if you are missing a lot of data, there isnt much that can be done to resolve the issue. It seems at present you dont have any full backups at all.
  16. Could I please check you have tested this on a default unaltered theme, and on the latest release of the platform?
  17. In order for that to be functional, you would need to ensure the google maps item is also enabled.
  18. There is no way in which to do that at the present time, unfortunately.
  19. It does need to be noted that custom titles were actually removed some time ago. Have you been through this?
  20. That is correct. Once removed, they are only able to join again if invited by the club leader, as per description on removal.
  21. You need to provide more information here as to where it is you are seeing this
  22. There is no way to do this within the core platform. I have moved your topic to community support, in case there are others who may be able to provide custom solutions for you.
  23. I have removed your images. As mentioned above, these contain personal information. The error you're experiencing is unfortunately due to a "crashed" database table. It is important to understand that while there are several reasons that a table crash might occur, it is always caused by the server. For example it can be caused by the server being improperly shut down or restarted, hard disk drive failure/errors, improper repair attempts on a database, etc. The Invision Community Suite cannot, in itself, cause a table to crash. Repairing a crashed table is a simple process, however we strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to repair it. If we were to attempt a repair, or you were to attempt a repair yourself, it could cause further complications, and it is important regardless to report the issue to your hosting provider so that they can investigate and resolve any server issues which might cause the problem to happen again. We hope you are able to quickly resolve this with your hosting provider.
  24. From what has been said there, your database simply hasnt been recovered yet, as its not the data they just restored
  25. You would need to check your code there, and check that table. I am unable to replicate this issue with a core table in any way
