I'd like to officially lend my support for Amazon SES. 
SparkPost currently costs me $20 / mo on a plan for 50,000 emails (and this was after I suppressed the majority of my email notifications to switch to a lower plan).  The equivalent cost on Amazon SES would be $5 / mo.  This represents cost savings of $180 / yr.  
The cost savings are too big to ignore for independent communities.  

I'm interested. Are you planning to have integration with Amazon SES? Thank you.

This is not something that comes part of the software and would need to be done outside by yourself, hosting provider or a knowledgeable party that you work with.
A warning I can provide is that your current URL includes "/forum" and this is also a reserved FURL in our software so need to be mindful of that as you're writing these redirects.

Assuming you're on version 4 and self-hosted, the summary of the process is:
Move the contents of your installation directory to the root of your domain on your server. (Any questions on this I would suggest reaching out to your hosting provider) Edit the URL in your conf_global.php file to reflect the file move in step 1. (depending on how old your community is this may be board_url or base_url) Go to ACP -> System -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly to clear your cache. Go to your Client Area ->Manage Purchases -> select your license -> scroll down to "Licensed URLs" -> click "Change URL." (this bit is the final piece to the puzzle to update your license URL on file)

Generally, no, you should not need to manually rebuild the search index at all after it's set up.
I've noticed it become out of date a few times myself and needed to give it a rebuild but this seems rare, and one time was a result of it crashing from running out of memory.
If it happens to you frequently I would log a support ticket.

I have finial updated to 4.4.1 sorry delay been working overtime get this finished.

Is this plugin ready for 4.4?

Not yet I have many items that I am updating before this but update will be coming.

currently it is not retro-active, but I can add a batch tool to add it into queue and resend as soon as.

Yeah, I plan on doing some reorganization of my forums when I move to 4.x, and not being able to mass move topics between forums is going to be a big headache.  Or anytime when I create a new forum and want to populate the new forum with the result of a search (something I've done many times in the past).  

I have just moved 150,000 post manually, which I had to do over several months. 

I seriously can't believe that I had to do it this way and that i had to waste several months of my life doing something that would have taken a day at most with this function.
still not sure how this function doesn't exist in such a feature rich software and that it hasn't been introduced.
really limits the ability to manage a forum and is one of the biggest items missing!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Sendgrid based on the recommendation of the IPS staff and because support is built into IPS. Unfortunately the price of Sendgrid is 10x that of Amazon's SES simple email service. 
I just switched over to Amazon SES and am stuck using the SMTP route rather than via the API because there isn't native support via IPS like there is for Sendgrid. 
I'd like to ask for or vote for IPS adding support for Amazon SES, just like it supports Sendgrid.

If I have a loft of emails in Email Error Logs, is it difficult resend all emails one by one.

Do you have any customized template bits for the Collections app? Specially the theme editor > collections > front > view > view template bit.

The Collections app has been updated with several more bug fixes.

Temporary patch available here. I'm working on another bug fixing update now that will include this and several other bugs.
