been added to the "debug" list, will try to get to it after this weekend to see what could be causing it. 
as for your question, it will only grab links from content, it wont grab attachments, you will have to add those yourself.

I found the location in the templates for where to put the ad code to appear inside of the post, I just need the if/then statement syntax to limit it to only appear in the first post, instead of all posts.
Open this template:
Forums > Front > Topics > post
..and put your code right after this tags:

Yes the public folder can go after the 3.x to 4.x upgrade.

Found it :-)  I got rid of htaccess for local testing and still had on mod_rewrite in the Friendly URL features section. Setting mod_rewrite to no immediately fixed the issue.

Something that may help those who are planning upgrades now that PHP 7 is available....
For the last couple of weeks, I've been doing a test upgrade/rebuild every few days in preparation for doing an upgrade next week. My forum has ~3 million posts and the rebuild process was taking approximately 2 days (just over 2 days) to complete via CRON, running on PHP 5.6.x
When PHP 7 was released, I put it in place on my server - left the PHP version at 5.6.x for my test site, went through the upgrade and then changed to PHP 7.0.0 when the upgrade had completed. I then put my CRON in place and left it to it. Checked just 24 hours later and it was close to finished. Since then I've performed 2 further test upgrades, one with 5.6.x entirely and the other putting PHP 7 in place after the completed upgrade but before running the rebuild tasks - and the results have been great with the switch to PHP 7.0.0 for that rebuild portion. Now looking at a down time of just 2-3 days instead of a previously planned 4-5 days.

Sure I can but they all depend on the DB names. Currently I dont have access to my .htaccess, I can post them when I go home.
By the way I was told by IPS Support that the redirection would be made automatically but there was a bug. It was tolda to be fixed in 4.1 but still remains. I have an open ticket for it waiting for a reply.

Would you mind sharing those extra rules? Just want to see how you did it....

got this after the update from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 with latest IPS build


 
reverting back to WWA v1.1.5 under the later IPS build got me back to normal view
