Without checking with my 'client' account it should typically show a 'no permission' embed (or similar) to those who cannot 'see' the file in an unapproved state. If hook is active for ACP only it is definitely worth to have plugin for particular function. Sorry I don't have much knowledge so pehaps ask simple questions. Link to comment
