Hi, I was hoping to potentially find some solution within IPS that allows you to set a "pay what you want" style payment? I would like to enable it for both standard products, and also recurring payment products. If nothing like this exists, possibly there is a plugin somewhere? Looking for a solution similar to Patreon or Bandcamp

Hello, I wanted to create an announcement with a link and when I do, I see that the announcement does not show the link. I tried both create the link with text and placing only the url and none of them work. Is this a bug ? Thanks.

In ipboard 3.x we used to have tick option after all search result and topic stream, using this we could have merged repost/similar multiple topics at once. But in ipboard 4.x only on forum topic view first page this option is showing. Suppose we have to merge mulitiple topics which are on different pages with headline "Happy New Year 2016". This can't be done in one shot. You have to do one by one. Check option should be in search result and stream

There are a lot of bugs in the personal messaging system. The quality of the user experience has degraded from version 3.x for reasons I can't fathom. There are quite a few other topics in Feedback about this. Are there any plans to improve it? For example: 1. Switching the view to a folder within the Inbox (using the drop-down menu next to the Inbox label) simply does not work. It is buggy. When you choose a folder from the drop-down list, the label changes to the name of the folder, but the list of messages displayed is the Inbox. There's no other way to get to a folder that I could find. This considerably reduces the utility of personal message…

It would be convenient if you could add in the option to move messages to other folders in bulk. Currently when checking messages in your inbox, the thing only thing you can do is delete those messages.

When you click on a private message via the inbox that has unread replies, you do not go to the unread replies, you only go to the first message in the thread. When you click on the black dot via the messages overlay from the envelop icon at the top you DO go the unread responses. Please fix the dot/star icons in the PM inbox to go straight to the unread replies. I understand the developers probably want to kill me when I compare this to Facebook... BUT... one aspect that would go a LONG ways to getting rid of a large % of the "Old and Clunky" feel of forums is the real-time Messenger similar to what FB has. Our current messenger needs to feel more like a real time chat.... FB has basically merged email with real time chat... Any reason we couldn't / shouldn't? Or at least offer admins the choice....

It’s Impossible to live with this! I don’t think I need to expand, do i? At the least this should optional where the full wide view is default, not the other way around! So I find when I make polls (or edit them in fact) that I sometimes want to take a poll option and move it up or down the list (always want other at the bottom of the list) but at this time the only way to do this is to copy and paste and move it around and if the poll already opened then this is not feasible as the votes are already recorded in a specific way. I think it would be really awesome for drag and drop options within polls. This would allow for additional management in the way someone views something in case you mess it up upon first post. A feature in the admin cp somewhere that lists all active widget blocks giving each a drop-down forums selector to check off which sub-forums the block would be visible on, would be very convenient. It would allow for completely custom block and page layouts per sub-forum, increasing the software's layout versatility substantially with a relatively small addition.

Hi, There is an option in theme settings to easily change the colour of the notification bubble (shows say 3 notifications by user menu). However the font text colour seems to be missing, whereas others are included. Also, could you add options for font text and background colours of the notification that drops from top of view, when you change Follow options for topics etc, and at the bottom of screen when you get a flash message? I don't know if this is intended, or an error on my side, but I think this could be reworked a bit? Maybe remove the social buttons from the form itself, they are already on the right side. But these need separation up and down. Or even better, only show the social buttons on the form when in a mobile device, and in that case also get rid of the ones on the sidebar. (Running 4.2.2)

So this is something that is bothering me as it seems backwards. So why can one of my staff members be able to post support tickets via ACP as license holder (instead of their actual name / email) but cannot perform a system update without needing the license holder's credentials (which sharing would be a violation), even if the account holder adds you as a sub-user you still cannot use your own credentials to update the software, but you can login to the client area on here and submit tickets as their own name (unlike ACP). So what should be able to happen is for updates, allow users who have the "Can Update/Upgrade" permission on their account be able to up…

Hi, I have quite a few old forums that I keep as an administrative "archive", and I have the entire category collapsed. However in the Fluid view, I see all the forums in a large expanded list, and apparently there is no way to change this / hide these forums / collapse them. This takes up a lot of wasted space in the sidebar. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, after some of your updates now to 4.2 i get some problem with embed links My site is using pages instead of forum. I write news articles in pages and upload .pdf documents to these news articles but to keep them together i have to embed the news article like read more link in to the download document. There i get problem now. Let say i have upload some document realated to these news article that users can download if they want. I want them to see the embed link in these download document. But the embed link is changing when i add the link in to the document to embed at the end. And it will not redirect to the news article like it did before. Now it on…

It should be possible to filter the moderator log by only events by moderators - it is useful to log that someone merged threads, or edited someone else's post, but it is not particularly useful to know that a regular member edited their post. I'm not against logging it all, but in ACP there should be a filter option.

There should be a way to display a display name instead of a real name... like instead of Justin B. has replied to your support request. Make it MADMAN32395 has replied to your support request. Some people just want to have their display names shown instead of real names. This shouldn't have to fall onto a 3rd party developer to create, this should be a privacy setting in IPS by itself.
