Posted October 12, 20177 yr Once I enter a support ticket, there's no way for me to see whether I entered it as an outage, a normal ticket, or a low urgency ticket. This causes problems sometimes. For example, sometimes we're having an outage and I enter a support ticket for it, and if i don't get an immediate response I start to wonder if I accidentally entered it as a normal ticket instead. It would be nice to be able to see (and ideally edit) this value.
