Question & Answer Type Posts - option to change sort by Date

Can we have the option of changing the default sorting option by "Date" in Question & Answer type forum posts?

Right now, the posts are sorted in descending order in order to bring the up voted posts to the top and down voted posts to the bottom. While this is a good method to help people find the best answer without having to read the entire thread, I think it disrupts the flow of the conversation.

Therefore if we can have the option of changing the sort option from Admin panel it would be great for those who want to have Vote up/down as well as sort by post date.
