If a user dismisses the profile completion (cool stuff b.t.w.) it would be nice if it comes up again after maybe 14 days or any other number we could add.

Hello, Would really appreciate if you could a widget for Pages which would be usable in a "record" page. The widget would display update-able fields for that specified record. For now it is not possible to put record data in side bar without deep modification across multiple files. Such widget would be very helpful. The idea is to be able to move the front update-able fields to the side bar. Now it is only possible to display them within record view.

Would be nice to have a daily task run to check for devices used to sign into multiple accounts. Some forums may allow multiple accounts so this might not be for everyone, but it can be time consuming checking devices if suspected banned users returning under new accounts. I think this is one of my better ideas if it would be considered by the very nice developers. Thanking you muchly.

I am getting a lot of spam registrations from outlook.com emails. How can I set it up so that all registrations just need email verification (ie click the link) UNLESS they have an outlook.com address in which case I need to manually approve it also?

I don't think it's possible to do this but if I'm wrong, please show me how to pull it off :) Sometimes I might want to batch products together, making it possible for people to buy Good A and Good B as a single unit, say a two-volume set of books or an attempt to shift stock at a cheaper price than the individual units would cost sold separaretely. In this instance, I'd like to create a product which is Good A and Good B together. I expect that every respect of creating this new product would be as with any other, only I'd be able to indicate that it consists of one of Good A and one of Good B. Upon selling one of these Batch Goods, the stock numbers for Batch …

I noticed on my site today that there was a block advertising our annual conference. I was a bit puzzled because it took place last month. And then I realised: 'A-ha, I featured it for several months. Of course I did.' It didn't dawn on my to log in and unfeature it once it had happened. Similarly, I just noticed that by coincidence our sister organisation in Scotland is having its national conference today. I wouldn't have known the date but I saw it because it's been featured for months. I'd like to think that between now and Monday it won't slip my mind to unfeature it but I think it would be far more preferable if the software took the approach itself of realisin…

Hello! Is there any chance for implementing a new option for disabling the browser notification for IPS Forums? I was told by the staff member Rhett Buck to post here this suggestion. He actually mentioned that there is not a way to remove the option from the platform. I attached a screenshot below to show you what I'm talking about. Thank you!

What's going on ? It's a 330Kb file; not even a 38Kb screenshot. I still have 23 Mb of space to use. @Lindy Tks.

Hello! Is there any chance for implementing of a new option for clearing display name history in IPS? The other way around called Prune Member History is not very good since some people only want to clear Display name history explicitly. I was told by staff member Rhett Buck to post here this suggestion. Thank you!

Every now and again I visit a page that I haven't had a reason to visit before and WHAM there it is again, an invitation to sign up to a non-existent newsletter. On comes the Block Manager, away goes the widget. Until the next time I spot it on another page that I've not visited before. Would it be possible to toggle this to off in a future version to prevent those of us who don't and won't have a newsletter having to visit every page of the site to manually remove the block and have to answer questions from users about this newsletter that they've signed up for and not received, please?

Even though a admin may have a nice FAQ on how to make a club, maybe a user may not want to look thru the FAQ at first. They might want to make the club first, then find out more what all they can do well (IMO) it makes since to have the Topics tab be a default tab like the overview and members tab, that way at least it gives the owner of the group a chance to play around with the topics, see what it can do, then have the "I want more" idea pop in there head and then click the manage club...or go finally read the FAQ? **I am half sure or pretty sure "Club Enhancements" doesn't do this (i may be wrong, but i look at settings and didn't see this opti…

There are times we change our logo for Holidays, special events, etc. Each time we upload a new logo it overwrites the previous. This causes errors with site "logo" on previously indexed pages. This affects our chances of getting into Google Search rich results. You'll can find these errors in Google Search Console > Enhancements > Logos section. For Big Board, medium, or small sites, this could hurt traffic if not aware of it. I'm suggesting a bypass overwrite option when uploading a new logo. Basically, the UI should list any previously uploaded logo with option to delete at any time (manually). (logo is found in Organization s…

Hello, would be nice to build "Categories" for clubs. Instead of throwing it all in one area.

Achieving a new group level can, sometimes, include a series of "prezies" linked and deserved with such rank. Sometimes users are unaware of that. When members pay a subscription that allows them to have his own gallery, his own blog or his own club, it's very possible that they immediately start creating the content they paid for. It makes sense. I think the "group promotion" tool in the ACP should also allow the admin to display those achievements, adding a window similar to the "profile completion", but warning or forcing or suggesting the user to create the new content they are allowed now. Gallery is an example, but it could be a club, a file, a blog or postin…

Having deleted a couple of inactive former clients from my Members list, I understand that all of their content will appear as coming from a guest. Fair enough; but I think it might be a good idea to exempt invoice records from this, since their invoices are now lacking a (former) name on my site, which should logically be retained in the interests of keeping solid records for tax purposes. Had I not already backed them up as PDFs I wouldn't know who they were from, since the "Billed to:" field now only has an address and "Deleted Member" as a title. Having the old member's name could come in handy in case of disputes or any kind of follow up.

I keep struggling with this on several sites since 4.0. Upload fields for multiple files/images are nice and easy to use—at first. But once you have uploaded something, you are stuck with the order created. No chance to reorder anything. You have to actually delete every file and start over again. Which gets almost impossible if you upload many images through one field. Hope this can be changed someday. The drag-and-drop sorting function exists in many areas of the suite already. Just not for the multi-upload fields.

It appears there is still no ability to move existing forums into clubs, only topics into club forums. Please can you add this functionality as it's very time consuming?

When you embed a topic If you then move it, the following error appears. When moves the topic, should keep the topic embedded by updating the new theme ID.

I keep several sites using my own language pack. When there's a need to, I update the language pack and write over the version in each of the sites. That's where the problems start. On one of the sites, I need to use a word like 'Groups' for 'Clubs'. Still another uses 'Circles'. One of them uses a word like 'meetings' or 'get-togethers' instead of 'events' in Calendar. All of them, of course, have different entries corresponding to strings like 'Sign in with [Site Name]'. The problem is that when an updated language pack is uploaded to the site, all of those distinct strings are replaced with the generic versions in the language pack. And so the painful process…

I am not sure why the gallery likes etc are laid out totally different than they are on forums etc. Doesn't look like they need to be at all. It just makes for a poor user experience, as it does not look good. Would be great if you could keep those elements consistent site wide so that people aren't confused when they get there. Is there a reason that they are set up the way they are?

You know when you go to warn a member how you can write a note to the user, and a note to mods? Can we add a third note to the original reporter to have a few form responses "thanks for the report, we are reviewing", etc. stuff like that or a custom response field so that when people report they know the report has been seen? I feel I could increase my community's self moderation if people felt reports led to actionable tasks.

Any chance you could give us the option to turn this back on? My community is very small and we'd rather take the potential hit, as "next unread topic" is a bit of a pain, to be honest.
