Hi Just downloaded the patched files to go from 4.6.5.1 to 4.6.8 using the admincp and I opened the zip to find a folder called .github with a file called changelog-4.6.md inside that mentions 4.6.9 Is this folder normal as I normally do it via a full download (as server doesnt use ftp) via the customer area but it seemed strange to have a stub of .github inside the zip and a file mentioning 4.6.9. Thanks

Is it possible to edit the Forum Update Page so that one can add the forum logo rather than show a simple black and white text message whilst the forum updates are running please? If so, a pointer to the file to tweak would be a bonus. Many thanks

I have this error. It tells me I need to manually run a query to fix it. I always make backups before I do such a thing and I am glad I did. It worked fine at first but after 30 minutes my website would just shut down and not load up. You would try to visit it in your web browser but you just could not reach it. It does this too if I try the automatic fix button. I paid to expand the time of my license however because of this issue I am stuck on an older version because if I upgrade it breaks. Can anyone please help me?

If I login from the /login/ page, I am being forwarded to a JavaScript output. I can replicate that on all my installations, including my one CiC account. Logging out can produce the same result, but not every time.

I migrated my forum from vbulletin. I also had many images in a custom folder. I uploaded that folder to my web space and the images are shown but are not part of the images uploaded in the discussion. Is there a way to show those images as uploaded in the discussion?

Do we have to run the "Achievement Rebuild" feature every time we make changes to ranks or achievements if we want to affect the past points our members have received? We changed our ranks back to our old rule system from before the update, but points are being awarded according to this rule system only from the point it was created. (i.e. we changed it on June 30 and only since then have people received points according to the rule system we set in place. Their points prior to the change are still according to the default ranking system that was put in place after the update.) Does this make sense? Hello, Since a few days(maybe longer, didn't check for a week or so) I can't view Support request "directly" anymore in the ACP. I can view them in the list, but as soon as I click on them, I get this error. The "Application" is enabled. Any idea what could cause this? there are no other errors.

I am using a field to upload images, instead of the Record Image field. This is because in the Record image field, you do not have the options to set any settings. So I have a dedicated field just to upload, which I have set to images. The problem is PNG images are not uploading even when it says it is an allowed file type. If I change the upload field to "Any File" instead of "Image Only" then it allows for the PNG to be uploaded. Is there a hidden setting for field uploads that is causing this error ? Please advice, Thanks

Hi. I got a video problem after I chose the s3 storage method. A background Processes was started to move files to the cloud. With pictures, everything is ok, they are displayed normally, but there is no video. I looked at the database and the URL was saved there incorrectly. Hello, i have a small error with my board. This happen after i updated to 4.6.x When i click in menu to return to forum, i'm redirect to a 'cached' page. How i can avoid this? Example: 1. First - normal page (with full information on head etc). 2. Second: cached page without a lot of information.

When I try to download templates in Safari from the sections Pages → Templates it doesn’t actually download the XML but the current admin page itself as HTML. I tried it on multiple installations including my CiC account. In Firefox, it works correctly.

My forum is private, entirely closed for guests. I have removed guest permission of the Forum application. (System -> Applications -> Forums -> Forums) Forum categories do not have permission for guests. Forums do not have permissions for guests. I still see https://example.com/forums/ in my sitemap under https://example.com/sitemap.php?file=sitemap_applications Why? How can I delete it from my sitemap?
