I've a user that change your Monthly Plan to Annual Plan and has activated the Annual Subscription Plan and not was validate the stripe payment.So I dont know how is possible? It is an issue with Subcription process? Your expiration date is 10/26/2022 without payment.I don't like to share any public link or screenshot, the Member ID is 2262.Can you take a look and how to solve it?Thanks a lot.
