Recently my servers went down for over 24 hours, I want to give additional subscription time to active subscribers who were unable to use our software while we were down. Is there a way to do this from the admin panel or can this only be done manually through editing an SQL table?

Hello, I think I may have identified a situation where referrers are not attributed during checkout. Prerequisites.. * Nexus set to "Force users to make a purchase when registering?". * Using Stripe gateway. * Have referrals configured Issue (I think?)... In Core, Referrals are logged and through an "onCreateAccount" MemberSync hook. It looks for the "referred_by" cookie in the request. However when using Stripe, our member accounts are created during the webhook request from Stripe - so the customers cookie is not present in the request, and the referral is not logged for the member. Hi, in preparation of the upgrade to 4.7 I asked my hosting provider to switch to PHP 7.4.3+ The company installed PHP 4.7.26 on Debian 4.19, MariaDB and nginx Using a test setup to check the compatibility I run in trouble. phpinfo() reports a memory limit of 512MB while the compatibilty checker ips4.php reports "our PHP memory limit is too low. It needs to be set to 128M or more. You should contact your hosting provider or system administrator to ask for this to be changed." Hello, I'm getting an Error 2S129/1 and the Message is You are not permitted to register a user account with this site. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies this only started out of the blue on the 25/8/2022 I have a feeling it is a server side problem as I can’t see anything wrong with the source files or my settings. And i have found that the only way I don't get an error is when i use a email ending in my domain name example , admin@mydomain.com will work but any other email or the Google, Facebook and Microsoft buttons don't Any help please guys would be appreciated.

Hello, I am having an issue with the calendar events. I am subscribed to the calendar feed and I noticed that when I change the date of an event (e.g. changed the date from September 4th to October 4th) the change was not reflected in my Google Calendar. Is there a way to push these changes to third party calendars. Thank you

Currently search defalts to whatever application you are using... Example on my home page the search defaults to "pages". On forums the search defaults to "topics" and on Downloads the search defaults to "files". Is there a way to have all search default to "everywhere"?

A user had an old account with a profile pic and made a new one without profile pic, I merged the two and now he has only the new one with no profile pic. What I wanted to do was merge both into the old account with the profile pic. Is the old account lost? Or is there a way to retrieve it?

We are self-hosted and in the process of updating our test installation from version 4.6.12.1 to 4.7.1 When updating the underlying systems we have started to encounter an error. Prior to updating the forum software we updated the server to: Debian 10 Buster, installed PHP 8.2. There was a MySQL update in there also. First, I find it absurd that a platform that costs $150 per year does not offer direct email or ticket support. But I comply and write about the problem here: 1. Since the last update, the platform I manage has slowed down in adding new posts, new users, and generally updating databases. 2. In addition, dates and times have disappeared from the details of posts and user entry. Can anyone intervene or give me support?

Today I tried to upgrade my form to 4.7, and got almost to the end when it gave me the error CANNOT_WRITE .../system/File/FileSystem.php:337 The file in question, and its parent directories all have the same permissions as before, and the installation made it most of the way through before throwing the error. Both "Retry" and "Continue" just loop back to the same error message. I don't see that anyone else in this forum has had a similar problem, so I'm posting this here to see if anyone has any ideas.

Hi, On January 20, 2022, the Regional Court of "Munich I" confirmed the illegality of the remote integration of Google Fonts in its ruling (Ref.: 3 O 17493/20). As a result, the number of warning letters has increased significantly since then, and more and more private individuals and warning law firms are using the ruling to claim damages. I recently updated to 4.7.1 after the site being dormant for almost a year. I tried disabling all customizations, including deleting an outdated theme and also cleared system cache from the support menu. When I clicked on my avatar in the top right, `#elUserLink_menu` got appended to the URL bar but nothing happened (no popups and also a lot of JS errors in console) Clearing my browser cache seems to have fixed the popup menu not appearing but clicking AdminCP from the dropdown just opens a new "about: blank" tab in Chrome. I have tried downloading my IPS suite and rsync'd it over into my html directory, cleared cache again but no luck. I am still getting a few JavaScript…
