Mark H Posted September 21, 2022 Share Posted September 21, 2022 That usually happens when a custom Theme is being used, but the Theme is not compatible with the software version you are using. As a first step, please change the front end to use an unedited Theme. (You can create one on the ACP -> Themes page by clicking the green "+Create New" button.) Then login on the front end and make sure you are seeing the unedited Theme. Open the reply box. Does it work now? If so, you'd need to get an updated Theme.
