Hi team, I've a doubt with the referral program. When I crate a rule the subscriptions not appears for select, only appears products. If I select the first item include the subcriptions? It will be possible add subscriptions in the future? Thanks a lot!

Member reported running into this error some of the time when uploading to a topic. Same file uploads a second try. MOV is an acceptable file type at both default level and member group level. There is no size limitation (or issue as this is a small file around 6MB) for the member group or member. Anyone have any idea where this error comes from?

Some of my members are reporting an issue where upon reviewing images that they've just uploaded, they have a "Plain Text Editor" which they can switch to a "Rich Text Editor" for writing up say a Character ID Profile, or something of the like. They've noticed that if you write in the plain text editor and then switch to the rich text editor the text that person wrote isn't being sent over to the rich text editor and thus, they lose everything that they typed. Which apparently isn't expected behaviour. On top of that if you write something in the rich text editor after that, and then 'Save Details' it doesn't save either. Which is clearly not right. Hello, We ran v4.7.3 update on October 21. Thereafter, we noticed that the front-end of the forum was throwing an error (visible only to admin). The error indicated that two templates were incompatible with this version, so I went through and changed those particular templates back to default. The changes I made have no effect. From there, I tried setting some other customized templates back to default, just in case. Again, no changes manifested. I tried switching over to the default theme entirely. When you hide a topic, the notifications relating to that topic are deleted. However, if there are notifications still queued to be sent (eg because there were a large number of followers), those notifications still end up getting sent, so users receive a notification about a post that they can't see, and the notification doesn't ever get deleted.

I'm getting numerous events not loading their image on Overview, yet they are loading on their individual page. It doesn't seem to be a file format or size issue as other pictures that are larger in file size load correctly. How to reproduce Create two databases. Add a field of type Database relationship to the first database linking another. Enable Cross link records? for the field. Create a record in the first database selecting the record from the second and set a record to be hidden. Log out and open the linked record in the second database Issue: you will find a automatically created link XXX linking to this XXX in the second database. This links to the hidden record. The link to the record should not be shown to those how are not permitted to view the record.

This appeared after update v4.7.3 When I disabled Forms this error stopped. Our site is on the cloud. I'm perplexed as this error is still been thrown after Forms updated today. I have also posted this on Forms support tread. Can any throw some light on this for me, as I do want to use forms but I'm suspecting it might be something else. Thanks

Duplicate question below however no answer was given I recently created a S3 bucket and updated my storage settings to reflect this. The system automatically moved over all files which was fantastic! I'm finding that some forum posts have imbedded images which are still referencing the old image location. (When replacing the URL with the S3 location, I can see that the image is there but the link in the post hasn't been updated) Is there a way for this to happen automatically or a way for me to see which posts are still referencing old images. I use zapier conection to add ActiveCampaign tags in my users. Every subscription have different privileges so I need to have different tags for every subcription plan. IPS only send to zapier the Primary and Secondary user group, so I need to change my name groups and add more user groups to control any subscription changes like this: Subcription 1 Active Subscription 1 Inactive Subcription 2 Active Subcription 2 Inactive etc... I upgraded my site this evening to the latest version and I'm having all kinds of issues which until they are resolved mean that I can't put the site back online. The site is my livelihood, so I'm fairly stressed out right now! Firstly, the side column has gone and all of the blocks are now underneath. The column was there on the previous version I was running. Has this been changed and do I now need some kind of plug in if I want a sidebar?
