Dear Developers and Invision Cloud Customers, Since the day we purchased the Invision Community Cloud service we couldn't use the system because of the 502 error! First we almost all time get the ' This community is temporarily unavailable-502 ' error. For 10 day we tried to explain our problem. Unfortunately for now we are getting 502 Bad Gateway Error. By the way we are paying monthly for the system but we can not use it. Is Invision Cloud Dying? No Support, No Reply for 10 Days. URGENT !

So I do not consider any banner Advertisements that just show a PNG or GIF and a link to a site that do not have any HTML should have any affect to the upgrade process all the images are locally stored and they only have a url to open a link. It turns out during a recent upgrade ALL of my advertisements were turned off. And now I had to spend time to figure out who needed to remain off and who needed to be restored. If you must disable them during the update process PLEASE log somewhere which once were disabled (timestamped) and then offer us ability to restore the advertisements that were disabled during the process.

Hey guys, We've been having this issue for a few weeks now: a member changes her display name (or admins do it from the ACP), then reverses to her email after a few hours. We're not sure if this reverts when she logs back into the forum or after a certain period, but there's no activity indicating so. What might be going on for this particular member (it only happens to her)? I've not been able to access my Admin CP area for a few weeks. I reset my password, but every time I get a loading icon in my favicon, but nothing happens. Then after awhile I get this error screen I can still access the forum areas OK, just not the Admin CP area. A moderator merged two threads the other way around. One very recent with one post and the other one, a long thread with thousands of posts a few months old. Obviously the idea was to merge the 1 thread post into the larger one but the opposite was done and now the larger thread inherited the thread name of the recent one. Is renaming the thread with the old name my only option here or can this be reversed to how things were initially before he merge? Thank you.

a. I got report that my Forum "Quote" function does NOT work. In Firefox, when I click quote it just jumps to the top of page. NO Javascript error shown in browser console, NO System error. b. Upgraded to latest 4.7.3 with php 7.4, flush my CDN and restarted my server. c. I am currently having some issues with my SMTP provider. But I feel it cannot be related. d. Any suggestions ?

Hello, our IT contractors have reported that IP.Core traffic is causing heavy load and high usage on our web server. This only started happening with the most recent upgrades to the software. Attached are serverside screenshots. Please advise on ways to optimize the software as this didn’t happen prior to recent upgrades.

I received several email error message about someone trying to access the sidebar. Then my site started to go really slow and eventually nobody could access it. I had to reboot, during which the posts table became corrupted and I needed to repair it to get the site working again. No sooner was it up and running but it slowed right down again and eventually stopped, and when I checked my emails lo and behold there was another error message about a guest trying to access the sidebar. The ip address resolved to somewhere in the Netherlands. Whatever they have done is causing mysql to work overtime and its clogging the system up and making the site unusable. What c…

I pulled the greatest bonehead maneuver of my career, I killed the contents of the forum/uploads folder! We recently upgraded our hosting solution and changed servers, things have been a little laggy and I was looking through the ACP settings and saw that under storage settings there were two choices, it was at the time pointing to: File System: /home/xwebs01/public_html/malecaster/forum/uploads and I saw that there was another file system that matched the FTP address used by the FTP/File software on my host cPanel: File System: /home4/xwebs01/public_html/malecaster/forum/uploads Thinking this was maybe the pointer to the new server I went through…

Hi all, I have a situation where one of my applications is missing a "renew now" button. It's for an app called Collections by Michael J. According to the Marketplace on my admin panel, i need to pay for a full version again. However, if I go to my purchases area on the IPB site it says I can renew. Not sure what to do and I don't want to be charged twice. This is the only app that has this problem so far. Please let me know if I can fix this. I have a page set up already which is /abax I would like to create new pages for example abax/sub-page-1 In the page set up theres an option to select a page folder. Hi I tried to activate the commerce part in the AdminCP. After some installation progress it ended with an error message but was available. Mindless I tried to enable it and now I´m stuck. Frontend shows the message in the header and activites give this error: To make it worse, the AdminCP shows after login only this: How to deactivate commerce without AdminCP? Or other solutions...
