I thought that I had submitted the new version which fixed the error, but it looks like I had forgotten. Anyways, I just re-submitted it.

This issue has been fixed for 4.6.12.

Doesn't work since 4.6
[[Template core/front/modcp/report is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]   Got this error message... After deactivate the plugin, everything works well.

Voice recording would be a nice feature for my community too... 
i'm running a poems community. In addition to texts that are written, it would be a good extension if users can also publish the poem they have read.

No you're on a wrong way to discuss about it like your comparison.
My approach is not to replace written content with spoken texts. The written text is still the most important in my forum.
Voice messages are only a useful addition to convey emotions, intonations, rhythm, etc.

There were a few people requesting this around the site so it might have been a popular one - but I couldn't get past the thoughts on codec compatibility issues, and various other potential problems that came to my mind.

Just want to leave this request, please remember add voice ability to let us enhance and enrich our community communication... Today we don't have to limit us only as typing forum

Note, while this was brought up internally that is not to say that it will be added, and if so it may be a number of versions before it is. At present this is working as intended

IMO it's fine to show it while editing, I mean what if it was created anonymous by accident or if something shouldn't be anonymous anymore, but I would prefer if it would be an extra setting or a moderator permission to control who's able to toggle the anonymous flag while editing existing content.
 
That said, I have brought this up internally.

I can confirm. If you don't want to wait for the fix in the marketplace, open the membernotes -> front -> modcp -> viewContent template and change the whole content by:
