  1. You will want to check your browser console for errors. This would indicate whether or not the Javascript being used here is encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when making the AJAX request to gather this data. Please also note that Invision Community 4.7.4 and above will require PHP 8.0 or 8.1 at this time.
  2. Excellent. Glad to hear you got that sorted and we could at least be a source of inspiration 😄 . Have a happy new year!
  3. Is your Twitter app running the latest release? The error here may be with the app as you are getting this consistently across both your site and our site.
  4. Looks like you have Post Before Register enabled which will allow a guest to post and then register but the post will not show till the guest fully completes the registration and validation processes. If you do not wish to have this enabled, ylease ensure that in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Post Before Register is disabled.
  5. Unfortunately, using the credentials on file and accessing the URL you provided in the notes, I am not having any issues having the forum topic listing load. Is this still an issue? Does this only happen in a particular browser?
  6. It looks like you are adding this into a custom, third party footer add-on. You would need to ask the author if template syntax will be evaluated there and troubleshoot any issues with them if it is.
  7. Unfortunately, I am not having any issues sharing with Twitter on both mobile or desktop. Could you please let me know which browser and OS version this is?
  8. Are you able to login via Twitter? These items are all connected so if all three are not working there is something wrong with the configuration here that you will need to double check. I would suggest re-stepping through our Twitter login handler guide to ensure it is all setup correctly:
  9. "member_create" and "member_registration_complete" would deliver a payload of the Member object which has a field "customFields" which is an array of your custom profile fields. Are you using quick registration by chance? If so, the member may be created without these custom fields being filled out per the objective of this registration setting.
  10. Glad to hear you got to the bottom of the issue. Yes, it is only recommended to directly use Google Chrome native itself rather than through any other third-party viewer. If they do use a third party, it would fall outside our scope of support and they may encounter oddities such as they experienced here.
  11. Looks like Chrome updated from that, or another way of accessing was done. As it is a Samsung, that is rather peculiar. Let's confirm device details and then I'll mark this to a dev to review.
  12. It has been some time since we have received an update on this and where you are. However, keep in mind, if the issue is with the third-party plugin, a new installation will not assist you. If you uninstall the third party plugins/applications, do the native blocks in our software work? If there are issues presenting themselves still with a 500 Internal Server Error, you will need to bring this to the third party author for assistance.
  13. Sorry to hear you're needing to close. We can provide you with a full backup of your community which would contain a database and attachments/uploads backup. The content of your topics/posts/the whole community would be contained in the database backup. If you're looking to just back these up, this is sufficient. However, if you're looking to extract this information, you may need to hire a SQL professional to do so if you are not comfortable working in SQL. If you want us to generate you the backup, please let me know and I can convert this to a ticket to obtain some verification info which is required 🙂 .
  14. Actually, just tested this again and if the max lines / links are set to > 0 then the display is shown. I have brought this up internally about when lines are 0 to do something about this so there is no confusion / frustration here.
  15. While I agree if the number of links / lines were set to something > 0, it should appear. The current configuration really should disable signatures because it won't allow the user to do anything. I will submit this internally for review.
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. The group this user is in has "Maximum lines of text" set to 0. You would need to increase that to a number larger than 0 if you wish this group to have a signature.
  18. As you purchased a self-hosted license, you should have information about accessing your license key, downloading the software, and a link to our guides for help. The Guides include information on how to install and then also, how to get going in the software. As we have 2 different paths to run our software, either self-hosted or on our Cloud, there may be certain information which does or does not pertain to you and you will need to read the notes our guides make to outline this. For instance, on self-hosted, you're in charge of setting up your domain, etc... Just as an example, this "First Login" chapter of our guide details the ACP and General Configuration: However, if you have suggestions for our guides, we are all ears 🙂 . The software is rather vast, and people learn differently so suggestions are always welcome.
  19. Thank you for the videos. Yes, as mentioned by opentype/Matt, this is currently intended due to the framework and how the system calculates these containers.
  20. What browser/OS are you using? I am not seeing one on Clubs.
  21. Those 2 items on the Support Dashboard are just warnings, not errors. You can leave it and the log table will purge automatically as it gets past your 30 day setting. The InnoDB table engine is not required but it can help in performance if your server supports it. As you are stable just now, it may be good to monitor for a bit before making any further changes.
  22. These are new files as it looks like due to the patches released the upgrader will need to be ran. You will want to process the upgrade by adding /admin/upgrade to your base URL. After this you should be fine 🙂 .
  23. Sorry, looks like the email address on file is not working. Please message me an email address we can communicate with you on, and we can further assist you here.
